Happy birthday @CZ Hazard

Well, after melting in work this morning, I was told that I could go home for the afternoon as there wasn't enough work, and I have tomorrow off to make a long weekend.
So I cooled off in the kids paddling pool, where I was joined by all three of my kids, and one of the dogs.
There has also been a rainbow in a thunder storm here, first time I've ever seen anything like that.
Hope everyone else is keeping cool

I blame lack of progress recently on the sweltering heat. Definitely not my own laziness, no sir.

Just my luck. As I'm hunting down the last few non-subscriber Daleks for the Eaglemoss shelf, their website decides to restock the oroginal Dalek Parliament set. And while it does have 4 I still need, I can't bring myself to buy it what with my budget currently feeling like my body in this heat - overwhelmed. So, unless anyone wants to split some Daleks with me, time to start some sales up.

Fucking sold! Wasn't sold on the one, but a set of 3 I will definitely support. I actually dislike them as G1 toys but love them as Diaclone where they actually fit. Wrote about them here years ago.

It's a strange one isn't it, considering they were pretty generic carbots. Probably good repaint candidates right there, but I assume Hasbro have either forgotten or assume that the toy-buying public have forgotten them. But come on, POTP Jazz as Overdrive? I can kinda see it.

I can't lie, at the revelation of these fellas there's a wee tickle of the completist impulse at the back of my mind but given the history of Amazon Exclusives (as in they tend to stock PLENTY) I will be biding my time on it and waiting to see how this pair manifest.

Thunderbirds' "Mole" Brunt is where it's at for me. Got my fings crossed the drill can pop off the top of that head and mount into or instead of the gunbarrel.

Much love for Omnibot redecos but I wouldn't wish the Jazz body on any repaint, those flappy shoulders just vex me, right in the Vex spot.
