I've no idea who it would be but given the cross compatibility I do wonder if we might end up getting a Weaponizer who has a mix of parts from Cog, Sixgun and/or Brunt?

 

See that would be cool. Let’s say it’s a 3 pack. The jet dasher (Cromar?), cd hotshot, and blue bluestreak repaint. I’d buy that in a heartbeat.

 

are we going to get slammer and maybe a delxue sized scamper to complete the weaponizer guys for citybots we already have? brunt could probably be heavily retooled into slammer and a larger scamper would be nice

The Dinobots are some of the most popular and well known characters in Transformers.

Now, if you want to say that you doubt we'll get them as they are a mold that is VERY hard to reuse... that I can get behind.

 

With all the seekers we've been getting, it'd be a real shame if we didn't get the Coneheads at some point. I'm shocked we got the Rainmakers before them, but I suppose they didn't require any remolding like the coneheads would.

No please. No alternative deco's of characters in multi-packs. Sell characters with characters. That way you won't buy a character two times. Generations Selects is perfect for Diaclone deco's etc.

No character is A, D, H, or Q list.
Every character is equal, no matter who some selfish collectors hate or like.

 

Cool! I’m really looking forward to Nightbird as I didn’t get the Takara one.

There’s that rumour floating around about the other Powerdashers were gonna be added in to 3 packs of the others from the fan vote. A red Tracks vs Needlenose and a different form of Wheeljack vs someone to replace Spinister like Nightbird or the CDF Hotshot. This way they still could do blue Tracks and a reg Wheeljack as normal releases for another chapter. Didn’t know how credible it was or if the insiders heard anything, but after the surprise of the first 3 pack, it could be possible.

 

I think the most likely outcome is hot shot with the two power dashers

I didn't say sell the same character. I said deco. You can create a name for it like they did the black Sideswipe in the multipack they are selling right now. We all know its G2 deco Sideswipe but we can call it Covert Clone Sideswipe if we don't want to freak out about buying the same character.

Hasbro wants to make money from us and if they can they will dump redecos of the same character into multipacks to extract as much revenue from a mold as possible if they decide thats what they want to do.

 

What about Hot Shot & Powerdasher #2 vs Nightbird?

 

People in the know are saying she is Selects.

 

nightbird is selects, shes the number among the 6 that is missing. also im wondering, if selects is to continue, we got 8 figures this year. thats not a bad replacement for funpubs fss in the slightest. and most of the lineup was pretty well recieved

It would still be just the same character in a new deco.
I suppose I wouldn't be much happier with Hot Shot with the remaining Powerdashers than I would be with a Mirage and Impactor repaint.
So there's that.
Ideally they would have just released the Powerdashers together.
I don't even get why Impactor and Mirage had to have two redecos in a boxset or why Aragon had to join them, since he was never part of the fanvote.

SDCC from my perspective was basically ZERO reveals besides a repaint.

 

They wanted to use the alternate heads for those two molds and i'm pretty sure they didn't think the dashers would sell as a solo release or as a 3 pack. i wouldnt be surprised if the Rainmakers shelfwarm at Target since its 3 of the same mold and eyeburning in hue. Every original deluxe mold in Siege had a second head that is now being sold except for Spinister (who'll probably have a new head remold in part 2) and there wasn't significant remolding of the releases except for the Walgreens' exclusive Ratchet. The 4 rumored figures left (Hot Shot (Hound), Nightbird (Chromia), and the dashers (Sixgun and Brunt) are just some leftover heads to make money out of those molds. And the multipacks make it easy to get you and me to spend 50 to 70 dollars going after the one character we want while also buying multiple others we may not. I don't think Hasbro cares if we sell our Slamdances or Aragons after they get our money for Decepticon IMpactor or G2 Sideswipe
