Sky Lynx always kicks Predaking's ass. Even the tiniest Sky Lynx (CW) would take down OS Feral Rex or Titan Class Predaking. It's a natural law.

 

You can keep Rodimus if I can get a good Blurr and especially a good Arcee.

 

On the SDCC poster for Armada they show the silhouettes of the Skyboom, Star Saber, and Perceptor teams, but each is missing a member. If we take Siege's theme of taking two of a Micromaster team and making them a combine to form weapon group, plus the unknown Optimus that could be Commander Class I legit think they're teasing either more Siege or part 2/3.

 

Armada Optimus IS NOT wfc. Warden has said it’s a Takara initiated project and not part of the mainline

 

Apeface as Optimus Primal or Optimal Optimus seems like something for the Selects.

Overlord needs a do-over too. Headmaster notwithstanding, it was just a mediocre figure compared to the big event his comic self and G1 toy were

 

While I agree completely, I would prefer to see Deathsairus first before these two get a re-do. Just my personal preferences though. I’d buy both if they did re-do them.

I mentioned earlier in this thread I think WfC Parts II-III will be whatever was missed/‘done wrong’ during Prime Wars, but what’s crazy is how much of Siege is actually an almost complete ‘redo’ of the Transformers in Combiner Wars that everyone had complaints about (ie weren’t originally combiners or the wrong scale)

Out of the WHOLE of Combiner Wars, the only ones not done in Siege were Wheeljack (lost the fan vote), Trailbreaker & Sunstreaker (who didn’t feature but his brother Sideswipe did), Hot Rod (got 2 additional figures), Cyclonus & Sky Lynx.

I’d actually bet money that the first 2 waves of WfC Part II will have at least Wheeljack & Sunstreaker and/or Trailbreaker, Sky Lynx as the next Commander, and at least two of Cyclonus, Scourge, Kup & Blurr (early Titans Return figures without their gimmick), maybe more, along with at least one other ‘87 Autobot Targetmaster (likely Sureshot from Mirage)

I also think Ultra Magnus & Shockwave we’re actually designed in Siege not as a response to losing the fan vote to Primal in PotP, but because of CW. Hasbro heard the complaints people wanted a bigger Shockwave & Ultra Magnus to be a white Prime in armour, not a small bot in a mech suit (and yes, I do love both those figures too!)

Truth be told I don't expect them to for WFC till when/if the possible 25th aniversary Gen BW line shows up in 2021 which is a good time to do a mainline Optimus Primal figure along with the rest of the BW. The Apeface repaint idea is more of a fun little reference to Takara in the Select Series to get a little more milage out of the Apeface mold and make a crazy backstory of the figure being in verse Optimus Primal's secret mech suit before he goes on the Axalon in BW. Simialr to how in Botcon 2016's BW story they had the TM3 MEgaron figure be a mech suit to BW MEgatron before the events of BW itself.

 

Definitely. He's apparently no taller than Magnus according to the Headmasters anime, so he would need to be resized for Siege scale anyway. (though is he a different size in Rebirth...?)

Other than removing the headmaster, I can't think of any meaningful improvements they could make with a new Sixshot right now. It'd be a waste of a slot. If they want to do a new six-changer they should do a proper Quickswitch/Sixknight.

BW OP and Megs have, what, 4 paired forms - bat/gator, ape/t-rex, TM, Optimal/Dragon. The Horrorcons could be deco-ed to homage TM Primal and Megs for Selects with Hasbro knowing they were not going to hit that incarnation elsewhere.
