Yes, that could actually be a boxed set I'd be interested in hunting down but I guess they were worried that the Powerdashers wouldn't be popular enough. I can kinda see it, they'd be three nobodies with an untransformery style. Oh well.

 

A word of advice: When ordering at Amazon, make sure who is actually selling the item. There are three different possibilities:

• Ships from and sold by Amazon. This is what people usually think of when ordering from "Amazon".
• Ships from Amazon and sold by someone else. This is called "FBA" (short for "Fulfillment by Amazon"). Basically, Amazon provides its facilities to third-party sellers who send their stock to Amazon, and Amazon acts as a middleman, handling not only the transaction but also shipping.
• Ships from and sold by someone else. This is called "Amazon Marketplace". Basically, Amazon only acts as a middleman to arrange the deal and handle the transaction, but the shipping is handled by the third-party seller.

For people who are new to Amazon, but also to longtime Amazon customers, the "who does what" portion either isn't displayed particularly prominently, or they're just so naive and ignorant that they never pay attention to what's right in front of their eyes.

Third-party sellers can sometimes have exorbitant prices. As soon as Amazon doesn't have an item in stock, the system automatically defaults to the cheapest third-party option, which can sometimes be considerably above MSRP. However, sometimes a third-party seller may also offer an item cheaper than Amazon itself. In that case, the system also automatically defaults to the cheapest seller.

It's possibly a reference to how in the IDW comics Impactor was good friends with Megatron before the war, and made Whirl's life a living hell after Whirl nearly beat Megatron to death. But Impactor was never officially a Decepticon as far as I remember.

It says "Ships from and sold by Amazon". I have noticed 3rd party sellers on Amazon often have inflated prices, which is one of the reasons I haven't used their service before.
Another reason is the imo not very user friendly website.
Most online shops specializing in TF's are far more easy to find your way in.
I don't see why a multinational online retail platform can't manage that.
