It's not the first time I did that. <Looks in the Spider-Man accessory box to see a bunch of Chameleon, Jameson, and Hammerhead heads.>

Oh yeah, the dude at my Target looked up the DCPI's for me for all of the 80th figures and not a single Target here in CO has received any of them yet.

With regards to how Marvel Legends seems to be concerned about fixing and/or reissuing recent in-demand releases, what do you think the odds are that we'll get a better Rogue? Really not that pleased with the head we got on that figure.

What's wrong with the head? The only issue I have is not being able to spread her legs outward.

Nate Grey and Shang-Chi look like being all I'll need from these reveals. I'm still good with the Toybiz Doom* :p

*Nah, I'll take Doom too. :D

Not fond of the face, and yeah I know that's a personal choice, and also, while it's complicated given her hair, her head can't pull off flight poses.

Oh my god, so at the Hasbro panel they actually called the new Big Time Spidey "Big Time No Let Down Spider-Man" on their powerpoint slide and gave Shartimus Prime a figure autographed by the entire team. :lol

I've had no issues with putting her in flight poses, but I could see Hasbro reissuing her with a green jacket to match the cartoon.

You can't do the heads up pose with her given her hair, unlike say someone like Archangel. Anyway until you brought it up, I didn't realize she had a different colored jacket on the cartoon. I'm personally thinking she'll be re-released into the vintage series one day, as she also had a release back during the 90s, and it looks like that different colored jacket would be a good differentiator.

There are plenty more Rogue variants I'd like to see before they go back and do the 90s version again. An AoA version seems like it would be appropriate at this point.

Really? Dang that’s pretty cool, well earned after all the years he’s used that figure in his skits. He should keep that one MISB and get another. That’s what I’d do anyway

Given the upcoming AoA focus for the X-Men, I wouldn't be surprised if we'll have that Rogue coming very soon.

Phew! What a relief for me with regards to this year’s ML reveals. Only ones of interest for me are Doom and Vulture but tbh i can still live with the previous versions.

I must admit that I’m very tempted to get the X-Force team...arrghhh...

You should read the AoA story arc if you can...for me its one of the more memorable X-Men storyines.

Agree - and Joe Mad who did a lot of the design work, really put out a lot of memorable designs! Can't wait to see a lot of them in toy form!

Yeah been a bit busy lately, but SDCC announcements :lol

I'm doing the same, since the Jim Lee X-Men are done by the end of the year, and I'll also have pretty much my ideal core Avengers cast by around the same time as well with the Ross 80th figures being released soon. The only pick-ups I'll consider after are probably an updated Yellowjacket, Red Jacket Wonder Man, an updated Ms Marvel and a George Perez head Beast. I'll probably take a good hard look at the AoA lineups before diving in - but I really love Joe Mad's designs on that event. I'm still on the fence as well about going in with the Thunderbolts, but I loved that series so much when I was younger (I'm also dreading that Atlas will most likely be a BAF and I've never ever completed a BAF because I cherry pick lol).

Yeah, I’m more or less done with X-men too. With regards to my collecting goals, all thats left are:

    1. Classic comic Thanos
    2. Classic comic Adam Warlock

Of course, I would like to see a new Super Skrull but I can live with the current version.

    Ah good picks.

Just wondering - but are you referring to the 70s/80s versions or the Infinity Gauntlet era versions? Both really count as classic comic versions at this point :)  I personally prefer the IG versions, because if ever some new figures who show up during the IG event come out, I'm at least set with some key figures already.

I didn't like the headband having the knot in front. Who wears a headband like that?

Honestly, sometimes they don't list figures separately. I've been surprised how many entire waves they have listed separate lately as they used to try really hard to push the full sets.

Actually, yes she did... New Mutants Return to the Marvel Universe The rest of what you're saying I get, but I personally look at it no differently than buying three different figures. Besides... it's not like this is the first time they'd done something like this either. Honestly though I think I'm only going to get two (one for Dani and one for Karma) as I'm going to wait for an X-Factor Wolfsbane.

Considering they just released her on the newest female body and she's darn near perfect I'm not sure they'll do a reissue just yet. With them doing AoA next year I could see AoA Rogue getting done next. I could see, at some later point (how quickly no one can say) that they could do a Gambit/Rogue set (they seem to like couples sets) with maybe some extra accessories for her. Perhaps an alt head with flowing hair so that you can get that forward looking flying pose you want. Unfortunately that's one of the only big flaws I see in the current female buck and that has more to do with how Hasbro is sculpting the ladies hair.

That we know of so far... could be revealed later as we've only seen the two Spiders and Vulture from that wave.
