That clears that up. To be honest I was pretty certain there isn't a set rule - it just seemed a little self-indulgent.  

 

I agree and I try not to do it too much because it gets annoying when you see the same pic in three or four threads at the same time but doing it a little isn't bad. I usually post all my pics of a new figure in that figure's thread and then pick and choose which pics to put in other threads. Like I did I think it was four pics of Iron Factory Optimus in its thread and then reposted two in the reenacted scenes thread (I had created them with that thread in mind) and the other two in let's see some cool stuff. Sometimes, if I do a lot of photos I'll gather them all up at the end of the week in one post in this or the cool stuff thread depending on which seems to apply more. Not saying that's how everybody should do it and I'm sure there are at least a few people who'd prefer I only post any given pic in one thread but enough people seem to like it that I feel like it's ok.

[Edit] Speaking of cross posting, here's a pic I just did for the comparison thread. It's debatable whether CW Devy is MP but I use him as my MP Devastator. He's got parts from the X2 kit and the DNA kit, along with the toyhax label set, so I'd say he's 3P enough to fit in here.
