I can't attest to the IT version, but my THF is fantastic! Honestly for 60$ shipped it might be the best value for $ of any TF in my collection. Definitely dethroned my Despotron, but he had a good run.

I think that is most likely the left hip not pushed in all the way. My copy was like that when I got it, the figure was sagging to the right because the left hip is higher.

Turns out it wasn’t pushed in all the way.

Saw this thread bumped again and was really hoping there was an announcement of somebody KO'ing MP36+ with the chrome finish. I really want a "toy" Megatron to go on my Optimus/Megatron shelf and no, Magten isn't good enough.

I do really want it but I'm never going to pay Takara's stupid price for it. If it doesn't get a KO, I just won't have one.

I OWN the THF and I didn't know he was that tall! :lol

Mine is just a hint taller than MP10... which is weird. I don't own Despotron, but I never noticed him being so tiny! Am I missing something here? And where IS that head from?

BUT... I agree, the THF is great. No complaints about him. Fantastic out of the box. Nice finish. I like that he comes with the toy face and chest options.

I did things to try and make him what I wanted, so many many things...

I had to go back and look at the pic again. He doesn't feel that much bigger in hand, but he is considerably taller than MS01 who is about MP-10 size.

With the upgrade head(I forget the company but it lights up) Despotron is eye to eye with MP-10. With the tiny stock head he looks very small to me. Despotron is alot stoclkier than THF and a good bot in his own right, but feels inferior in both build quality and shelf presence.

The size margin in the second photo looks a lot different in the first one, wow. Must just be a slight variance of angle?

I always liked how Despotron achieved so much bulk while still transforming (unlike most MP Megatron figures who had issues with proportion). I didn't mind the small head, but it did look off compared to other MP figures.

I had two THFs and both had this issue. I sold one over it.

Can anyone show how to push the left hip in more? I don't want to break my remaining THF.

The first is actually more accurate. In the second THF is further back, and leaning back. I didn't notice it till you guys pointed it out, but he really is a tall figure. I think he's a bit svelte which threw the proportions off in my mind.

Not sure what you're asking here? In robot mode?

An earlier post said that the lopsided legs in many THFs might be explained by a hip not being all the way in. I've had two THFs and both lean to the right. I've tried to push gently on the left hip and it doesn't really move.

But if it's just not pushed in, I'd like to know more about how to do it so I don't break it trying to force it back in.

THF is my MP-36. I still want an IT though.
