For you, the day jamarmiller graced you with an opportunity to buy Unicron was the most important day of your life. But for jamarmiller, it was a Tuesday.

I think they should make that more obvious on the page. I backed it yesterday and there are definitely no $600 credit card charges on my account.

That said, didn't anyone on Hasbro's staff say "hey... BTW the same people likely to buy this may also be getting charged for MP-44 that same week"? My credit card bill from the period between August 15th to September 15th is going to be rough.

Btw, is anyone having an issue entering the forum boards? It\'ll say \"server error\"?

Giant flashing letters? I know its right there but its still essentially fine print. When I first saw the campaign my first thought was "I shouldn't back it for a couple of days so it's not in this month's credit card bill."

A section on that page that lays out in large clear letters prominently "order before 8/31, billing to occur shortly thereafter only if successful, shipping to occur Q1 2021" like front and center would alleviate a lot of the anxiety that seems to be permeating the discussion.

Suffice it to say, I think that asking for giant flashing letters is being unreasonable.

You don't sell a toy like this online. You'll get killed by fees before you even look at shipping. No, this is a convention sale, and you'd better be in an area where collectors are spending money instead of trying to shave the edges off their coins.

It always astounds me to think how this stuff elicits "oh me oh my so 'spensive" at its original price yet somehow people find a way to pay double and triple later. If it was too expensive at $X, how the hell does it sell at $2X or $3X?

    Indeed. Hello $100 shipping!

Seriously, this is essentially a $500 plus shipping. Hasbro isn't committing highway robbery.

It's a decent chunk of change but honestly I'm just about deaf to pricing complaints after trying to sell $20 toys.

It's because some ppl can't take that other ppl are willing/able to spend 600+ on a toy, and are being sour about it since they cannot. It's like yelling at people buying in LV stores why spend that much money on a freakin bag.....LOL
