    Hes bigger and more expensive than a leader (thats one of the main reasons why titans and combiners weren't mass retail releases)

    Titans and Combiners were absolutely mass retail. I got my Fort Max at Toys R Us, for example. I'm fairly certain some Targets got Victorion in-store as well, and even if I'm wrong she still sold on Target.com which is still an extension of a retailer.

    I remember someone telling me that no retail store would be getting titans becuase no one is paying $160 for them and that toys r us was the only place to get them since they were a toy store and they get bigger more expensive toys
    Victorion mightve been a return something like that since im pretty sure not alot of us got to see the combiner sets at target

    If you check the archives linked in the first post, you'll see that besides Predaking, all Titans were totally available at mass retail.

    The Combiner Wars box sets, on the other hand, were all "online exclusives", at least officially.

    I never have seen any Titan class figures at Walmarts or Targets in my area of the USA. I have only seen Titan class figures at Thinkgeek and TRU stores though. Since TRU stores are no more in the USA, that leaves only Walmarts and Targets as the only national stores - unlike Meijers/Kroger/HEB, which are more regional than national stores. Titan class has also shown up at discount stores such as Ross (national) and Ollies (regional).

    I would love to see Walmarts and Targets carry the Commander class. Whether stores have them on shelves is a whole other matter.

    Found these in the Taoyuan Airport (Taiwan) a few days ago. Found some wifi in a little eatery near the northern Thai & Laotian border … so it’s TF break time!
