I'll be damned. That happened while I wasn't paying attention for a few years there. Thank you for setting me straight.

Why would lancer come with feet? Elita-1 came with them, lancer comes with a hand

Hmm, ok. I haven't had Elita-1 out in a while so I had forgotten this, sorry. I was expecting the limbs to come with hand/feet....thats what happens when you get old I guess.

Yea they changed it up in power of the primes, voyagers came with the feet and limbs came with hands and while neither greenlight or lancer are power of the primes, their base figure is

Also, the extra hands can be attached to the feet as heel stabilizers.

All the limbs will come with the HFG, but Elita-1 has the main combiner feet.

Not to be pedantic, but it's prime armor they come with. They don't have foot modes.

They come with HG but o well. I think it is fine since I got practically every figure from CW. At least the main figures, yes all.
So I am never out of a foot. Yet it makes PotP rather "in own line" than being cross line.

    Combiner Wars = HFG
Power of the Primes = PA/H and PA/F

I'm assuming you didn't get into all those posts on the CW thread when the HFG's were being discussed.

Almost misread your handle as "Farts rider"... :)

To be pendantic, they do, the extra pair are intended to plug in the foot parts the voyages come with and either become front of the foot or the heel.

I think it's just a case of going with ease of categorization. We have HFGs, and PAs, and a ton of other abbreviations that we use to categorize toys and accessories. I don't blame anyone if they want to keep things simple.

I didn't actually. I just didn't want anyone assuming the limbs came with feet.

And yes, what a big difference an "s" can make.

Edit: someday I'll figure out multi-quote.

Part of the feet? Or heel/toes isn't part of? :D  Just pulling your...leg/foot. It doesn't really matter. The thing that is most evident is that using the PotP limb bots with CW torsos is kinda cumbersome if you do not have the feet that come with a PotP torso.
Basically the feet with Grimlock are spares for me so that is a lucky thing I guess. Still the PotP line in my eyes is very limited.
I really like that we got additional jets with the PotP line, and using them with Cyclonus is fun, but there you get to the "no feet" Issue. You are doomed to use something from another figure if you do not have some spare HFG.
For me that is a downside to the line in general since HasTak promotes it as "3 part" interchangeable and usable with the other 2 lines. Well TR is basically its own thing. If you are not a huge collector and lets say you own a Cyclonus and not at least 2 limbs from CW you can never make a combiner. For a line that promotes itself as "kids toys" that is a question mark to me.

When did Hasbro promote Power of the Primes to be interchangeable with Titans Return and Combiner Wars?

Has been said by Hasbro that the 3 lines function as a trilogy. Hence the interchangability like Limb bots, Torsos and the little power/head masters that can ride the vehicles etc etc etc. Now I don't recollect the moment they said it but they did.
