Just wanted to show off my CW Ultra Magnus that I just upgraded with the rare X2Toys XT009 upgrade kit.

I just assume it meant brains removed and transported into new bodies whisked over to another world and animated by hanna-barbera but hush up about the whole brain thing. We don't want to scare kids.

Can't he live in alt mode? Or sit next to a prime trailer.

I have a few questions
1 what upgrade kit is that
2 are the combiner limbs sturdy
3 where did you get the cape
4 how much does it cost and where do you get it
5 is the upgrade kit worth it

 

Got Universe Sideswipe and Sunstreaker!   I might get the G2 version of the Siege mold though, since it does look good.

Also of note, Sideswipe feels more solid and seems to hold up a lot better than his brother. Sunstreaker has got some loose arm panels bringing him down.

4. Price and availability varies at this point. The Perfect Effect and Transform Dream Wave can still be found in normal online shops. TCW-06EX is a little harder to find, so eBay or AliExpress or TaoBao might be your only choice. Reprolabels are available. Nonnef is no longer making his Dinobot sets anymore so you'll have to ask around the forums or conventions

5. The upgrades are worth it for me because of the things I can do with it now but regardless, having either the Perfect Effect or Transform Dream Wave set alone is worth it to get it looking like a proper combiner

Got my naughty versions of the Predacons set up in Bot mode today, and the hasbro ones will stay in combined mode.

Blaster doesn't get enough love. Hopefully Siege Soundwave will be remolded and repainted into him, but I don't know what the alt. mode would be.
