Look; I'm not buying this, but after 35+ years, Hasbro or Takara are acknowledging the history of one the prescient toy molds. I wish it were the MP, but since I wouldn't buy it, but I just think this is the coolest idea Hasbro has had in a long time.

Hot shot actually looks pretty dang good and the existence of both him and galaxy upgrade prime kind of goes against them “not giving a damn”

 

when My shockwave broke as a kid, the hasbro purple one was no longer sold in stores. Then I found Shackwave at a Radio Shack and bought him as my replacement, he was Shockwave upgraded in my head cannon. So I have good memories of this guy. Cool hasbro did this. Wish they would have done Combiner wars Ultra Magnus as Delta magnus, this way ( if they do it in Seige ) my Ultra magnus and my delta magnus could have been different molds altogether.

I’d like Powerdasher Drill to be repainted from Takara Nosecone. And Powerdasher Car would be a perfect red Mirage as a double homage. Any deluxe jet mold would work as Powerdasher Jet.

 

I’m already expecting to miss out on the MP Ghostbusters Prime. Now I have a two figures I can look forward to missing out on.

This is very cool, like Ghostbusters Prime and Ectotron. Not for me, but I like some of the team's thinking and some things they're doing.

 

I personally can't wait to see it. Obviously by my tag and picture, I love the Unicron Trilogy and am happy to see the things I grew up with even acknowledged in the overwhelming sea of G1
