They'll be digging their own grave if they do that, it would simply be a downright EFFIN STUPID move on their part. Not even the most FanaTic of their fans would tolerate that, IMO.

They are just going to be shipping the other members in ALT mode and pack those parts with them somehow.

My order for Maverick from baba has not shipped yet, but I do have a couple of other orders that they shipped today. Maybe they don't have enough Maverick's for everyone...

 

So far no one is doing this, but this strikes me as a sensible strategy as well. Not everyone wants the combined mode.

It is a valid concern to have, IMO.

 

I bought Maverick for the same reason I didn't buy Tesla or Rouge. The face sculpt. In this case, I really think they nailed the face sculpt which is a huge factor in endearing me to their product and identifying him as my definitive Silverbolt. While Zeta's similar offering is every bit as attractive overall, I don't see any features in his generic face sculpt that would bring about that much needed personality to transition this character to "life"....as opposed to being a static shelf piece. I think FT has learned this lesson (for the most part) and I think that Zeta needs to learn it just as well............how many people are still trying to replace their TW Constructor heads with Tak UW Dev....that should have been their first clue.

I think @dalianjj has confirmed that the combiner parts will come with the limb bots.

I’m leaving on vacation on 19th and contacted The Choosen Prime. Their shipment from China is held up in customes. They hope to get it Monday.

 

I ordered from his site as well w/o an account, although I never got an order confirmation via e-mail. So I'm in the same boat as you, with the notable exception that I won't know when my order ships, unless I take into account whenever someone here mentions Baba has shipped his stock. I am looking forward to seeing this guy shine in the Autobot shelf in all his splendor.

I'm _really_ getting into the third party figs lately and was crazy impressed by Roadking. I ordered that, and Maverick from TFSource. I may have missed it, but haven't seen them mentioned on getting their stock. Any news there? Are they usually lagging behind other sellers?
