Not sure I buy that. I think they are different because Marvel wanted them to be different, simple as that. They wanted the cast to be somewhat representative of the actual NYC population.

You're right that Happy is a nickname... But his actual name is Harold, not Ben. There are some references to Uncle Ben in the films, even if they don't specifically name him. Like in Civil War when Peter tells Tony: "When you can do the things that I can, but you don't, and then the bad things happen, they happen because of you." This is both a reference to Uncle Ben's death because he didn't act, as well as another way to give the "With great power..." line. And the initials on Peter's suitcase in FFH is "BFP" for Ben Franklin Parker.

Please learn to use punctuation before going off on a rant so it is at least coherent. Redheads are not a race and MJ here is Michelle. Also, the cast coming from New York City it is not unlikely for a girl that Peter is crushing on to be a non-redhead.
