Is anyone else having a problem getting the truck cab to sit flat on the legs? I keep ending up with a big gap no matter what I do and the transformation isn't really complicated enough to give much scope for going wrong.

Sometimes I have that issue too. It’s all very tight in truck mode so maybe they needed an extra couple mm somewhere?

I think the problem is that the back of the crotch piece needs to be flatter. The backpack hinge doesn't sit flush against it so without surgery it's unsolvable.

Where's everyone getting him from? Everywhere I look he's either sold out, overpriced, or not listed at all. Please don't tell me he's the next SS Ironhide that was barely available cuz that would really suck.

He's so chunky. To his own detriment really, his legs can only click forward one click. I know it's a design which is bulky to the nth degree, but for practicalities sake, there really needs to be some kind of workaround to movement which is that limited. I know you can twist his thighs, but then the knees are crooked and it diesn't really help.

I'm okay with the bulk/clutter around the arms, because it's the character design, but I needed something to make the hips useful for mnore than a click tbh.

Look at the poses I was able to get him into. Rotating the thigh is barely noticeable when he’s in a badass iron man pose or stomping autobots.

09 version in truck mode seems taken from G1 toy and cab is amazing on frontal view, very realistic. But in bot mode new version is awesome, more iconic Long Haul as proportions,I could even buy it even if I don't collect none of Bay toys but he still reminds some toon influences, differently from other Constructicons released in this new toy series and Bayverse.

My copy arrived today and he is a chonky boy. I haven't taken him out of the box yet but I'm impressed by his bulk and heft.

You have to really push it to get them to tab in. Took me a few tries.

What I'm struggling with is getting the back of the truck bed to stay pegged together. Is there a trick to it? It just seems like the arms and truck sidewalls are spaced too far apart for both halves to tab in.

Additionally, there's a definite bowing or curvature to the truck body in profile. Again, it's like the legs are just a little too long for the cab assembly to comfortably peg into.

Love this guy. Super accurate, and full of personality. Little limited in poseability by all the "stuff", but that's ok.

The transformation is a little trickier than I originally thought. There is a very specific way to tab in the arm guards into the front of the dump truck. If you try to force things you will end up with stress marks.

Also you absolutely need to make sure his hands grip the pegs in the truck bed. If you dont, nothing will line up right and you'll only get further stressing.

I got mine today and have the same problem with the truck bed bowing out and not tabbing together. I feel like I’m missing something.

I like his robot mode, and I would like his truck mode if it pegged together like it was supposed to.. The rear end is slightly lifted as well. Am I doing something wrong?

^Peaugh put up his video review today and he's got the exact same problem. I think it's just an issue with the mold.

That’s exactly what happens to mine. Same side, too.. I managed to get it straight once last night after some fiddling, but I’m not sure what I did differently...

Tried it again and they’re bowed out. Ugh. I’d love this figure if the damn vehicle mode held together.
