Hey all. Another strange question here... Does anybody know of an upgrade set for the CW Devastator that locks Hook and Long Haul together better and fills the giant gap between the two in gestalt mode? I've hunted for just this sort of thing before, but having noticed that these boards have in the past posted about upgrade parts I never see anywhere else I figured I'd take a chance and ask here. I have found stuff on Shapeways to lock the arm units together better for combined mode when using the Perfect Effect addons(which I have so I will get those Shapeways parts), but I really want the torso to lock together better and fill that huge gap in. Thanks for any replies!
Except that has nothing to do with my question. I am talking about an upgrade for the CW Devastator to lock Hook and Long Haul together better and fill in the gap between em. Not looking for a new figure altogether.
The X2 Toys set did the best job overall in improving that combiner imho. You can still find them on Ebay
Lol! In all seriousness no such upgrade has been seen around here. But I haven't heard anything about Long Haul / Hook instability either. What kind of looseness are you seeing? There are maybe five attachment points between the two. You sure you have them all connected?
No looseness. I mainly wanted a piece to fill in that big gap between them and add a couple more connections. I do have a tab on Long Haul's right shoulder broken, but the PE addons stabilize that enough.
The only thing remotely like what I am talking about is a coulple parts to connect Bonecrusher and Scavanger's treads to their bodies better when using the PE addons. I plan on getting those soon btw. Who or what is Radicon? Never heard of them.
Unfortunately here in PA if I now buy anything from Ebay I'd have to go to the tax office and fill out a sales tax form. Because the state govt. Thinks Esales are killing businesses here.
BigBadToyStore still has it. Gonna buy it use the head, Mixmaster cab(scales to my collection better than the PE cab), and try the shoulder plates, since it looks like they actually connect between Hook and Longhaul. Still would like to fill in that gap between em though.
