Yes, I have noticed that on both, and it doesn't matter if you choose priority/fedex shipping or not, it still takes them a bit to process. But since it's something I can't control, I don't let it bother me *too late * as long as we get our orders is the only thing that matters in the end.

Back on topic, a question for those in the known; that Artemis figure coming with Leo Convoy, how big was she in the anime, as say compared to Leo Convoy himself? I'm curious as I'm thinking, as others pointed out earlier, the figure might be the biggest humanoid figure TT made to date. I theorize, well not completely my own as others has pointed out earlier, that this figure, based on the pin size, joints and an actual painted face could be half the height of the leo convoy figure. What are your thoughts and theories?

I'm hoping CW/TR/POTP legends class or bigger.

Personally I think you guys accepting 2 weeks for a store to ship is nuts. I get packages from Amazon Japan in two days which is crazy fast. I don’t expect NY to be that fast but they they used to ship within 24 hours for many years and now it’s 2 weeks so something pretty drastic has changed. I just wanted to point that out.

The Artemis figure looks like it has ankle tilts to me which is interesting. I’m not sure if that was really necessary but I’ve never seen the show so I have no idea what she did with respect to action scenes etc.

 

It's not so much as acceptance as it's more of we have no choice or say in the matter. We speak with our money of course, but both BBTS and NY have really good deals and good customer service as well, so me personally I use both quite regularly.

 

Now to see if they can make a Masterpiece Big Convoy that isn't just a robot folded up inside an exploding mammoth statue.

lol. I'm sure there will be robit bits hanging out in Mammoth mode. But if there's anything I've learnt about Takaratomy is that they will come up with something truly amazing and almost toon accurate in both modes.

Her "action scenes" were mainly her smacking Moon over the head with a hammer, so she'll need some of that articulation to recreate that.

 

Okay. I just think Blackarachnia is a bit of an odd choice to decide on general beast mode quality since she’s her own seperate issue of hard to translate designs. Megatron and Dinobot have pretty good beast modes, and Lio Convoy isn’t too bad.

 

don't forget too that MP32 Optimus Primal has a killer beast gorilla mode and almost CG-fied.

MP Beast Wars Megatron isn't so much different than the last toy we got for the character. I mean the transformation is not so much different. And no, it wasn't some AMAZING engineering.

 

I found high-quality versions of the stock images shared during the announcement, but I have no idea if this means that pre-orders are imminent or not.

I have no personal connection to the two Beast Wars anime, I've never watched them. But I've always thought Lio Convoy was such a cool looking design, and I've always wanted his figure but never got one. This new MP is really making it hard not to buy it though. The beast mode doesn't look good, but damn that robot mode is so badass. I want one, but I don't know if I should.

The closer this pre-order gets the more worried I am about the price and if they are going to offer enough extras to convince me to pay it.

Edit: I have no interest in Artemis BTW.
