Jetfire and Springer just arrived today from Hasbro Pulse. While Jetfire is perfection(minus a few loose bits that can easily be fixed with some floor polish) Springer didn't fare so well. Right out of the box he had a major manufacturing defect that completely ruins the figure. He has 2 of the grey left arm brackets meaning the right arm can't lock in and he can't transform properly. I've contacted Hasbro hopefully they can send a replacement soon. Man it really sucks, I was really looking forward to this figure... 

Comparing the left side and the right side you can see how it's supposed to be.

 

Has Hasbro ever sent anyone the exact replacement PART they need? My experience is they send you an item of equal value that may or may not be from the same line etc. Good luck to you either way.

If they dont send you one, I'd recommend buying one in retail and returning the ome with the error, inform the store of the error and have then send it back to Hasbro etc.

Does this configuration remind you of any other Transformer?

There's no replacing just the part, the whole figure has to be replaced. They way it's pinned in can't be undone, plus the hole for it is messed up because it was never intended to be inserted from that side. I see no reason why I couldn't just have them send me a replacement figure if I send the defective one back. That's how most reputable companies operate.

More pics of Jetfire I took once I had time at work. The hand and chest insignia flip gimmick and alt mode of course. Just really happy with this figure overall. I hope future Commander class figures are this good. And yes I made the swooshing sound with him while in jet mode. You can’t not do it lol.

 

Any size comparisons between Seige Jetfire and DacaToys Kronos?

Based on the size comparison with MP Megs, it could fit in pretty decently with an MP display in a pinch... except for all the greeblies.

How do the guns on jetfire mount on his back? All I see are the 5mm ports on the wings, but all the images in the instructions make them look like they’re mounted closer to center mass

Are his other wheels perhaps on his back like the G1 toy? Can he cross his arms? Is the shoulder launcher peg 5mm like Hound, or a weird peg like Prowl and Sideswipe? Any chance at 360 degree pics?

it's not clear but I'm thinking it's the other half of each of the teams since they only did two in package they're going to have the other two the traditionally go with the other pair in the multi-pack
