I picked up this large lot of transformers recently and I'm trying to ID the characters/weapons as they were all separate when purchased. I have tried to make it easy. If there is a specific place I can go to look at the lines I would do that, too. If there are multiple lines present I would appreciate some input. Thanks all!

I'm not double-checking Nevermore's work (how did he even DO that so fast, and with links even?!), but it looks like he couldn't get #18, #29 and #40. #18 is just a second Animated Jetstorm (the number is actually touching Energon Battle Ravage and that may be confusing everyone). The other two are actually 3rd party figures, Fansproject's Causality CA-01 Warcry (#40) and CA-02 Flameblast (#29), intended to homage the Micromasters Growl and Fireshot, and can replace two of the limbs in an Energon Bruticus combiner.
W: The purple/white hand and cyan gun go with #9. The blue hand (and little squarish piece) and grey guns go with #10. The black hand is the hand/foot/gun (HFG) for #25, I think. I don't know about the sword. Z: The black items are HFGs for #s 2, 17, and 24. I may have these mixed up with the one in W. One of the HFGs should have a little notch that fits the nub in #24's truck bed. Push #25's legs together. One of the HFGs should be sculpted to be (almost) flush with #25's toes when pulgged into the bottom of #25. One of the remaining HFGs should have squarish barrels. This goes with #17. The final HFG should have round barrels. This goes with #2.
Everyone: Your ability to help me is WONDERFUL! I am really only versed in Beast Wars so this has been a huge help.
Also A1, combines with one of the guns above S to form a radome, intended to mount on top of the vehicle mode of 39 or 43. Splits into four pieces to combine with G, to create the Combiner feet with, again, 39 and 43. Also, not sure how Nevermore missed it, but U appears to be the Targetmaster Nightstick belonging to Cyclonus, from either the "Challenge at Cybertron" 3-pack or the "Battle in Space" two-pack. No Cyclonus figure in this lot, however. The two wings/swords at U/V belong to Cybertron Sideways (#3). The rocket thrusters at A/B are 3(?) copies of the weapons that go with Robots in Disguise (2001) Prowl, Super Prowl, or possibly the original Japanese Mach Alert. The figure itself does not appear to be in this lot, and would normally come with a mirrored pair of these.
Identified more, including a correct identification of all the hand/foot/gun pieces and more. All figures are identified, only missing some of the accessories now. Still drawing a blank on the blue weapon from B, everything except for the Energon chip from C, E, the orange missile launcher from N, T, the sword from W, the fists between S and A1, and A3.
