the last two shows the gunner seat on flight mode and then on mech mode, the seat rotates and stays upright in either mode

Here's some Head shots, 1. where the head is stored in Aircraft Mode, 2. It Rotates out in Mech Mode and 3 Picture here is blurry but it is the back of it, where you can look through the actual monocular that has a focus knob to see clearly magnified "targets"

Fantastic job on your custom Whirl Foxtrot.

The only thing though, to me.. In Helicopter mode, it looks like he's just squatting over the heli-pad. Just a minor visual thing to me.

Thanks Jbwkkl, It does add a little bit of height to it that way but I needed the legs to be sturdy enough to carry the weight, I tried four different configurations for the legs and this worked the best.

Had to update my Whirl, he was missing some weapons so I made some Gun Pods, now he lay waste to the enemy and totally destroy them. TF CUSTOMS WHIRL W GUNPOD 01.jpg TF CUSTOMS WHIRL W GUNPOD 02.jpg TF CUSTOMS WHIRL W GUNPOD 03.jpg TF CUSTOMS WHIRL W GUNPOD 04.jpg

My latest custom for my Joe/Transformers Crossover is Roadbuster to cover my G1 Deluxe Vehicles in Joe Scale, made from the Hammer Vehicle and some extensive kitbashing, the body panels were cut and separated, joints added, vehicle lifted, and all sorts of parts and greebles attached then finally painted TF CUSTOM ROADBUSTER 04.jpg

    Fantastic work!!

Have you ever seen the Transformers/Gi Joe comics from Devil's Due circa 2003?

Optimus Prime became a Hiss Tank.
    Starscream was a Night Raven.
    Thundercracker was a Rattler.
Sunstreaker and Sideswipe were Stinger Jeeps.

    The designs might interest you.
