I don't know why I find this so satisfying, but the way the ankle tilt was implemented is really smooth and clever. At every angle, the toe and heel appear to be flush with the lower leg with no gappiness showing.

Well go you then I guess. I got burned too many times by expensive 3P figures that I couldn't resell for their original costs. I still have a TFC Toys Hercules I will never get my $500 back from if I resell it.

This looks great to me and at 24 inches he scales well with the other Titan Class figures. It will be nice to have him displayed with the Takara Legends Devasator.

 

They've deffo been redesigned post Toyfair, for what looks like to accomodate more movement.

Except it doesn't. In fact if anything the new hips and crotch make him appear slimmer than in images we had seen before. Omega's never been a waif anyway, so I'm not sure what you expected, but thankfully we have four options to satisfy those different expectations, you have found your Omega in one of them and we can go back to enjoying our trash that belongs in the garbage.

 

Unfortunate about the redesigned hips -- the new ones really look out of place, and it does throw off his proportions. It must've been a necessary tradeoff between function and aesthetics.

 

I still think there should be some Hasbro pulse pack of wing roads you can buy to give the full half-circle wings as well as add on a larger ramp section. Heck, at that, they may as well do one for each city so we get the blasted ramps for the others... looking at you FM!

ooh you right! but i dont think he would strictly be a titan figure, Unicron kinda fits into his own size catagory where a titan sized one would be incredible, but i would also be content with a commander scale one, theres just no way to make him planet scale to the rest of someones collection, so i think size doesnt WHOLEY matter,

that being said can you imagine the ALT MODE on a TITAN CLASS UNICRON WEW LAD

 

I more or less agree. I just think he could be better engineered than the Armada one now.

I would also take Unicron’s HEAD as a playset or a Quintesson Court with Quintesson, Allicons, and maybe a couple of Sharkticons.

 

I would take an upscaled Armada transformation schemed Titan Class Unicron! As long as his bot mode as 24 inches at LEAST and he had a detachable head with battle damage transformation, like open the face plate and flip the eyes to "broken" and have fold down wreckage from the neck stump, I'd buy it for SURE!

Yea exactly, I miss the ol armada one, its been a while since we had a proper planet man Unicron. I think the most important thing is there isn't anyone he has to scale with, BUT at the time (and not including g1 fort max), wasn't he the largest figure you could buy? Maybe it would make more sense to get a Titan one just because its a proper size class...

Jeez the more i think about it the more I'm shocked we haven't seen this yet, I dont doubt this would be something Hastak would bank on.

If they did ss38 pepsi prime i would scream. Give us that weird trailer that can hold cans and bottles n whatnot too, Hit us with some of that slick G1 style packaging? Oh man that would be killer.
Fun fact, Pepsi Prime isnt just Optimus but with a Pepsi logo, he's a totally different character, made out of the same metal as Pepsi man! (Not a joke, this is cannon. really.)
