Does anyone know when this alleged street date even is? Why can Hot Comics sell their Springer (while acknowledging the street date) but Target can't?
So was anyone still looking for the Siege Leader class Galaxy Prime? I picked one up from Walmart, but not 100% sure if I want him or not. Actually, I'd be curious as that what figures people are still looking are right now. All I'm looking for now is at least one Refraktor (Reflector).
Found 3 Springers at Duluth Hermantown Wal-Mart on Tuesday! I liked him very much.. No new deluxes, they are chocked with wave prowl..
Any local guys looking to buy a Takara Legends Fort Max? I'm in the process of purging basically my entire Classics collection. Sold a bunch of stuff on eBay but I'm sure shipping Fort Max is gonna be a lot.
I got denied a Springer at Bloomington target as well, yay. It was the only one in that size class so no switcheroo for me. I want to stop back in a couple hours and see if the damn thing is right back on the shelf. The street date must be 7/1, that's when pulse says theirs will ship. I'll be shocked if it actually does go out on that date.
I emailed BBTS and asked if they were being told if they had to adhere to street dates now. Got a response saying they can't comment on specifics of street dates, but that anything they have up for pre-order, they do not have the physical stock yet. (Although if they DID have it, I wonder if they'd be locked out as well.) If the date is 7/1 and this is all about Pulse, I'm not super inclined to ever order from Pulse.
Nada at bloomington and shakopee walmarts as of yesterday. Guess I won't check Bloomington target tonight. >< Did Pulse ever even have Springer up? I don't remember seeing him, and I don't see him looking now, either (wait, nevermind, just the new-to-old filtering sucks) They've been pretty good at shipping relatively close to the times (I just got charged for my Jetfire, so I think he'll ship soon), but I wonder if they're a little more behind because they want/have an agreement with retail to make sure those figures still get moved. When they're not street-dated. XD Either way, seems like he won't be hard to find, so I'm less worried about him and more worried about Refraktor. I wish we knew for sure if there was gonna be a boxed set, because I don't wanna by 3 if there's gonna be a set that has them all and more.
Is this the fort max that came out a few years ago if yes, how much are you looking at parting with him for?
The springer trick is pretty slick, most brick and mortar stores use the same number for all figures in a particular size.

Grabbed the only Springer from Knollwood Target this morning. Scanned a Starscream twice at the self checkout and then just called a team member over and said, “Sorry, I decided I didn’t want this one.” and they took it off. It’s fun working around these silly street dates.
