Everybody is only looking at the robot mode. But what is he supposed to be in alt mode??? He's too big to be a fighter like an F-15. He doesn't look like a tanker or cargo get. I'm still going to get him because I'm a sucker for jets & space ships but next to the Siege Tetrajets..........hell, next to all the deluxe jets.......... 


It reminds me of that super huge supreme class Cybertron Starscream. That thing was stupid huge & didn't fit with the rest of the line.

 

It's the size of CW combiners, of course, its going to cost that much. As to it becoming more MP, sure, better quality and better looking is what I'm looking for. Playsets exist already, and their called titan class figures. This guy has those elements mixed in with the titan masters going in the cockpit and the handlebars on the jet for dropping off deluxes, if that helps any. Hasbro most likely made him this size to appeal to both generations fans and MP fans. Considering the leaders that are now voyager sized are $50, $80 for this is a steal.

He's what he was in the cartoon, a cybertronian jet. He's the proper size according to the cartoon, thus his character. There is an old deluxe Jetfire from 10 years ago you can buy if you want that scale.

This is like complaining that Grimlock is bigger than Optimus, or Powerglide as a plane is smaller than prime. They just are, deal with it.

 

Jetfire scales nicely with the rest of Siege and in general any G1 inspired toy now.

I'm stoked for this guy. For years I wanted a cartoon accurate Jetfire that not only looked like him but the correct size and this one nails both. Thrilling 30 was too small and the various prior Jetfires were either voyagers or deluxes. And as much as I love Valkyries I'm glad they went G1 toon versus his Macross toy self this go around.

 

This is a pass. It's not bad looking. I just don't need another Sky/Jetfire.

Now if HasTak has a clue and makes a quality Deathsaurus this scale then I'll be all over it!

He's truly the gem of WFC:Siege which says a lot considering how awesome this line has been. Man, I can't wait to get him in my hands! I'm really curious who else we could potentially get at the commander class size. I would've said Astrotrain but he's a leader class figure which probably makes more sense.

there is on his legs, it's a very subtle gradiant of brown to simulate the effects of reentry found on real space shuttles. Personally I really like the battle damage except for a few instances where it could've been done much better like on Megs and Prime.

That would be an instant buy. But we still gotta get away from that aircraft carrier mode. Some sort of gunship, sure, but it's gotta be a more reasonable alt mode.

 

...flying aircraft carrier perhaps? Let's just combine the two alt modes and make him a helicarrier, I'd be totally down for that lol! Although making him more of a spaceship would make sense for the line. Right now I'd rather they found a Decepticon for the next commander class as the Autobots in the line already outnumber the 'Cons.
