a while since i posted here but has anyone bought fro seller jiangyaoming2018_0 on eBay as i am having problems i bought a transformer its an original scale ko generation toy mix master , it arrived quick enough but when i got it it was nicely packaged usual yellow tape and foam polystyrene sheets got it out of the box heard a rattle and as i took mixmaster out of the package a piece was remained in the box looks like it happened in the manufacturing process during assembly , this is a part that could have been easily replaced in the factory , the seller responded saying can you fix it offer 6 dollars compensation , all i want is a replacement or refund if i do not get either i will escalate it

 

Sorry, it's hard to tell from the picture but were the screws missing out of the box or did it break off? Is the part able to be re-screwed back on, or are the holes stripped? If you can re-attach it without the need for glue, it may be easier for you to find a couple screws and save the hassle/wait of a return.

 

I'm looking to pick up a FinalVictory set so I've been scoping out several sellers on eBay and checking their feedback. I've noticed that a LOT of the sellers have been receiving multiple + feedback from buyers who only have a feedback of 1 or 2 themselves...A LOT!!!
Maybe it's just me being paranoid but that definitely throws up some red flags.

Has anyone picked up FV from a reputable seller recently in the $65-$75 range?

it cant be re-attached inside the 2 slot holes of the transformers where the half of the purple mixxer part slots in some of the purple plastic in the holes is cracked no way to glue it and really why should i glue something that was suppose to be brand new this is a qc issue with the factory and supplier and you would end up with the 2 halfs not aligning with each other looking odd , the screws were not missing out the box they are still in the 2 holes on the main trnsformer where the part was screwed into it was broken inside the box before i took the mixmaster out

 

That sucks. You still may have better luck requesting a replacement part from the seller instead of a full refund or return, but either way I hope it works out for you.

 

thats the only part that i had a issue with the loose arm i sorted that as the screw was not screwed properly

 

Oh, I have no doubt. I'm just being petty and complaining because I'm seeing everyone else with their bots in hand. What really gets my goat, is there are a lucky few people who also ordered from Netclow, but just happened to place their order a mere 5 days before I did.

So I got my Thf-04 hyper magnum from maucat_2.
It arrived relatively quick, yellow taped and in styrofoam... yet smashed to hell. The toy is ok... but the box looks like an elephant kicked it. This is making me think it is a problem with china post or something. I never have this problem with U.S. Sellers. Maucat was apologetic and asked to see pictures of the box and told me maybe we can work something out... I will keep you posted on this but I would say Maucat_2 seems to be a good seller. Just beware of the possibility of smashed boxes...

I posted something a few weeks ago about a thf sonicwave I bought from tf-direct a few weeks ago that was beat to hell as well. Took a gamble and bought Lewin Optimus prime from them and it arrived safe with box wear on corners. I wished they would pack large items like this with some kind of corner protection.

 

Thanks for the info on maucat_2. I'll add them to the good sellers list. I've been curious about them for quite some time. I don't see any negative reviews for them so please keep us posted on the after sales support process.

 

No worries, glad we can all work together on this passion of ours. maucat_2 just replied to me and offered a 5$ refund and told me the next time I buy from him he will double box it. That should be interesting to see. I appreciated the quick response time and the genuine interest in keeping my business.

 

Got an order coming from baowen99, has 100% feedback but no-one seems to have mentioned him on here yet, items already marked posted and I have a tracking number. Will keep you guys posted on what happens

all that was wrong with it was that broken part if they can send the part thats much better saves sending a whole replacement . the ratchets are very good not tight like the jinbao devestator , this mixmaster is by daban model , they are original scale generation toy versions they have taken the jinbao os version and scaled them down , the paint work on the daban model mixmaster is top notch , i am going to buy the rest to have constructicons to have in their individual bot and vehicle mode and just keep the jinbao devestator in combined mode

 

LOL I'm glad the seller thinks so highly of them   Hell, if I had the room I'd do the same thing. If you don't hear back from them in a week or two, you may want to keep e-mailing them about the replacement until you get tracking on what you need. Hopefully they can get it for you quickly. If not, there's always some kind of refund option either through the seller or paypal. Good luck!

Got him in today. Was genuinely surprised at how well it was packed and how quickly it arrived. My figure's missing a screw in his leg but that's not the sellers fault

 

Don't hesitate to reach out to the seller about the replacement screw. Baba's is VERY helpful. At my request he sent me a screw that was missing from my OS KO MP Sideswipe. I'm a customer of his for life.
