I'm already struggling enough with the idea of spending £140 on a big plastic toy robot! More than one? Not happening!

How excited were you when you made the discovery? Great find.

Hasbro marketing probably didn't want kids confused with the Bumblebee movie out before SIEGE. Crazy right? Some think I'd be crazy to suggest that but they've made weirder decisions before with reasoning that defies logic so I really wouldn't put it past them if that was the actual reason.

In any case I think a WFC Bumblebee is inevitable at some point and yes I do agree, it is strange he wasn't in SIEGE, especially since SIEGE is a heavy homage the 1st episodes of G1 on Cybertron.

So I hate to stoke the rumor fires but has anyone that has found Springer out in stores notice if the Starscream that came in the case with him if Screamer did get that new pin for his chest panel? Just wanted to know before I put a pin in him myself

There is no pin, that one post on Twitter was someone trolling and trying to get likes and retweets. No variant of the seeker mold has a pin in it, this includes thundercracker, Skywarp and redwing as well

None. My JP Starscream doesn't have a pin too.

I was pretty hyped. Expected another empty stock of Transformers, but not today :D

If I do recall, the Starscream I saw in the box did not have a pin in it. But that might just be the box I found, I can’t speak for all the others.

There was never a pin, TC, RW, SW dont have pins, a customizer/engineer said that the design itself doesn't support a pin(middle bar frame has no holes, nubs only, holes on chest meant for nubs), that twitter/tumblr thing was a hoax.

Why not go arm-mounted with it?

That looks pretty fantastic to me, I know my Trypticon's getting a cannon on each arm!

So, what's everyone's opinion on Cog vs Sixgun?
After a couple of weeks with Sixgun I'm beginning to feel that Cog was just the apéritif before the main course. Sixgun feels like what the whole Weaponizer concept was built around.
    What a boy!

Sixgun is my favorite out of all of the Weaponizers, and that includes Brunt. Probably in part because I had and have the original. Also likely because Metroplex is my favorite of the Titans.

I also love the fact that Sixgun can now exist without depriving Metroplex of most of his weaponry.

Ha! I was writing my Sixgun ramble only yesterday and touched on that annoyance with the G1 lad. Glad it’s not just me!

With the Weaponizers, I'm seeing two extremes: structure-based, and specialized. Sixgun sits at specialized—everything looks like a handheld weapon, and can function as such. On the other end of the spectrum I would put Brunt—to me, a lot of his pieces look great being used to supplement Trypticon's look in various modes (I can't gauge any more until I actually acquire him, of course). Cog for me sits somewhere in the middle, good for being rebuilt, good for weapons supplement, but not necessarily excelling at both.

Of course, my conclusion is that they're better than the sum of their parts—just mash 'em together!
