Black Widow Set Photos, Video May Confirm Florence Pugh's Mystery Role Evidence continues to point towards her being Yelena.
Why? If they want to see an arrogant moron fuck his life up with bad decisions then Fawlty Towers is a far brisker watch than Breaking Bad.
But Fawlty Towers is the story of a arrogant moron who is also surrounded by idiots who contribute to fucking up his life (Sybil, Manuel, the cook).
BLACK WIDOW Set Photos Reveal A Mysterious Costumed Character; Is Taskmaster Finally Coming To The MCU?
Sybil isn't stupid: arrogant, vicious, lazy and hypocritical perhaps. But she isn't an idiot; or at least no more than anyone else. She's definitely smarter than Basil although that's not a high bar to clear. And it isn't like Breaking Bad's characters were all Machiavellian schemers: Jesse is to Walter as Manuel is to Basil. This is all a long winded way of me saying I don't get Breaking Bad's hype BUT if watching it somehow helps the writers on Black Widow - or any other project - make a better movie, then result
It's a pretty good bet that that is Taskmaster. You can even tell in one photo he has a hood on the back of his costume.
I hope the Taskmaster suit will be improved on in post-production, that looks rather prototype-styled.
I think they usually film in a placeholder suit and then use CGI to make the final suit. I think the placeholder just gives them a reference for light sources and whatnot.
I'm a little more optimistic about this movie now, assuming the rumors of it being set after Civil War are indeed true. If that's the case, it'll be easy to just add into the Infinity Saga era after the fact. It'll probably add a lot more weight to Nat's death as a result. Still, it's a damn shame this movie couldn't have actually happened during that time instead of... well, I'll just say certain others.
Here's Where the Black Widow Movie Falls in the MCU Timeline Based on the car ScarJo was driving on set, seems to confirm this takes place between Civil War and Infinity War.
Same here. I was really dreading another '90s origin story. Not that Captain Marvel was bad, but I really have no desire to see a run-of-the-mill origin story for Black Widow after the character is dead in-universe. Setting it post-Civil War gives them more to work with storywise, since they have an established universe. That can also make it more relevant to Endgame.
BLACK WIDOW Footage Description, Story Details, And Characters Revealed At Comic-Con David Harbour is going to be taking on the role of Alexei Shostavkov the Red Guardian, the Russians' Captain America. I want him to wear this suit, and wield that mighty shield.
My brother has a friend working in the movie industry here, he talked about the shooting in Budapest (guess we will finally learn what Widow and Hawkeye were talking about) and also Taskmaster was seen on set
BLACK WIDOW Concept Art Reveals Our First Official Look At Taskmaster The mask could be better, but otherwise it looks neat.
Needs to be more Skull-esque. They can keep the visor, but it needs to evoke a skull a lot more. EDIT: Okay. Theres probably a bit more they’ll add with CGI, but this gives us a better look at the final product.
