Oh wow, you guys are right. The Slash and Leatherhead teased last year (or two years ago?) look different.

I normally prefer the Toon designs, but Slash is the exception. I will always prefer his toy design.

Finally found the two-packs in my area. Picked up Leo and Shredder and will check tomorrow about getting Raph and Foot Soldier. Also saw Mikey and Foot Soldier, but no Donnie and Kraang.

Glad people are still able to find these in stores. I wasted so much time and gas driving around town hunting my set down that I'll probably play aftermarket next time. It just wasn't worth the hassle to avoid saving the $10-$15 mark up.

I still haven't; not even so much as a price tag. But they have the Golden Girls figures so I don't know wtf is up with their distribution. The ONE time I actually want a Neca product, and they're impossible to find.

EBGames has these for preorder. I’d totally be down for them if they weren’t so expensive.

Aw man, I came home to find that my Mikey Foot Soldier took a nose dive off of the shelf and broke his right arm clean off.
    Durable, these toys are not.

That stinks, man. Can you post a pic of the breakage? Maybe it's fixable.

It was at the biceps swivel - broke the peg cleanly off.
I super-glued it - he can just hold his gun at the ready indefinitely now.

I thought about replacing him, but honestly, a single Foot Soldier on eBay is almost as much as the 2-pack at retail so I'll just wait for the rumoured Foot Soldier 2-pack and pick up an extra that way. It was only a 2-foot high shelf, but tile is unforgiving. I've lost a DC Direct BTAS Batman and Robin that way - granted, they fell from much higher shelves.

:thumb  Awesome. I misread your original post...thought your Mikey took a dive and broke. Breaking the Foot sucks too...but hopefully will be easier to replace.

It's my own fault. I was supposed to put my new Detolf shelving unit together yesterday and didn't. One of the shelves is going to be for NECA Toon Turtles so if I had done it already, ol' Foot Soldier would have just kissed the glass.

And yeah, thankfully not Mikey. I would have been a sad panda if I had broke him. That would have warranted another over-priced eBay purchase.
Welp, I guess I know what I'm doing after work tomorrow.

Anyone here collect the 1/4 scale from NECA? Got a notification from Entertainment Earth that there was one 1/4 movie Shredder for $89, due to not being mint. Has anyone ever bought reduced price figures from EE? What are your thoughts and how did the figures turn out. I almost jumped on it for a $30 discount and free shipping, but already have him in my pile of loot over at BBTS. Almost canceled for credit, but unsure if only box is “not mint” or the actual figure as well. It’s sold out now as they only had one at this price.

It's odd how neither Slash is chunky like he is in the cartoon, toy, or Turtles in Time.

He does look awesome but they are all skinny.
