I do not tell you what you think the next movie will be, I ask you if you were Paramount which of the alternatives would you choose to release in theaters as soon as possible?

I don't care, as long it's Shrektastic! Something beyond good, beyond Drek, beyond your most ogre-the-top fan fiction!

I'm interested in all of the above, although the Beast Wars movie interests me the least. That has more to do with me not really being as familiar with that portion of the Transformers lore. I do feel like Beat Wars should come later down the road, after their feet are firmly planted in more straightforward Transformers stories. Kind of like how Marvel established their more grounded stories (Iron Man, Captain America) before moving on to something like Guardians of the Galaxy.

From what I understand, there's not going to be a "Bumblebee 2" or an "Optimus movie". It sounds like they're going to do an Optimus/Bumblebee teamup movie, which I think is a great route to go. I'm most interested in that, and the next big ensemble movie. I'm honestly not hugely interested in a direct Bumblebee sequel, but I'm sure I'd warm up to it if that's the route they want to go.

Optimus Prime solo movie set on Cybertron. Bumblebee worked fine as a stand alone piece and I'd still rather wait a while before another massive Transformers movie after all the Bay nonsense.

I never got what a Beast Wars movie would actually be. An extremely abridged version of the show?

In the movie universe, I think they should make Beast Wars a movie where the main bots temporarily take on animal alt modes.

Beast wars is more interesting to me. if they wanted to do ancient alien stuff then they should have started with beast wars.

Of the options presented, I'd still go with the Optimus stand-alone. On Earth. Against Bludgeon and three underling 'Cons while all the other 'Bots are off doing stuff with S7.

Honestly I want another massive TF movie like the first 5, just with a sensible plot and story, real characters and development, and most importantly in my opinion; continuity. Basically a huge TF action flick that isn't directed by Bay, his obsession with explosions and nonsensical carelessness of the fandom. Like take the designs from BB and make a movie similar to TF1, but with less focus on humans.

I think I'd like an Optimus Prime solo outing the most. A movie based on Beast Wars comes second, but I'm kinda shaky on how they'd handle such a film.

Maybe as main characters, but I'd like to see some background characters too. Like how the cartoon series did it.

Any ideas on what it will be like in terms of plot, setting etc? Any similarities or differences to the 2007 movie?

    Good.

I'll take anything as long as it's a decent film.

Personally, I'm hoping for a complete reboot that's far and clearly removed from the aesthetic hallmarks of Bay's series of movies. I don't say that some nods to the recent past wouldn't be cool, but I think it'd be wise if it's clear, even at first glance, to the average audience member who might have been turned off by the latest (or all) Bay movies, that this new movie is indeed nothing like what came before. That would really help, with what I believe is the biggest burden of whatever they decide to do next: To overcome the franchise's bad reputation, bury it in the past and re-gain trust and enthusiasm in wide scale. Love them or not, Transformers movies have been widely associated with almost everything wrong about the Hollywood corporate machine in the public conscience. They're usually among the first examples for anything wrong with cinema. Bumblebee was a good step in the right direction, but it wasn't enough to change this. The next movie, will have to.

As long there's no ancient cybertronian artifact involved, i would be happy.

Anything that isn’t a retread of G1 or anything else that’s already been done.

Say what you will about the Bay movies, but at least they were pretty different, and incorporated little moments and ideas from the source material without being simple retreads.

I mean, what the Bayverse did was a good idea, but it wasn’t executed correctly.

    Character Driven.

    Something Bumblebee achieves perfectly.
