AEC is the right order, yes. And while I only ever owned the Cybertron Prime, I can't agree more. Super modes were my favorite gimmick of the primes, which have sadly gone away, and to see them reborn with today's engineering and passion that 3P can turn out is exciting to think about.

 

from MT to FH to MMC some of these combine mode Primes are badass, both the updates to PMOP by MT and FH are really good, there were decent jobs done in creating Nova Prime even if it's not the ver. i want, and MT CxD OPxJF is cool, FP did a great job with the Protector and Commander armors, TFC just did an amazing job on ST Commander so i'm enjoying the creativity of the 3rd party though i'd prefer voyager sized but it all looks good none the less

Looking at this again leaves me with one question: Other than Rollout, are we getting the Mini-Cons? I don't see any discernible hardpoints on Prime

 

We'll probably get Comettor at least, given that Jetfire's shield (also Prime's combined chestplate) forms his rear landing gear, while he turned into the front landing gear, so Jetfire's kinda needs him to stay balanced if you don't plan on just tossing the shield. And at that point it'd be silly to just skip Sparkplug, so I'm not too worried.

Besides, this project still has a long way to go. I wouldn't consider the few blacked out renders we've seen indicators for what the figures will look like in the end, as those are probably very early in the design process. Hopefully we get an update with more progress in a month or so.

 

If they're doing Comettor and Rollout they might as well go all out and do Sparkplug, especially since they also did Hi-Q/Ginrai.

 

How much was the Power Baser when it initially dropped? I don't imagine this being much different, but I haven't collected 3P before, and missed his release.

 

Prices ranged between $180 and $220 for Power Baser on initial release.

 

Still no updates on either Armada Prime since we saw the announcement of FH's Jetfire and overload. The wait is killing me.

 

Star Convoy is nearing release and Armada Convoy is, presumably, next up after him, and this Prime had a massive overhaul just a few months ago. I'd wager we'll see more news this summer
