How the hell does Singer keep getting work? Look, I love The Usual Suspects and the majority of his X-Men films, but I don’t see how the quality of his movies outweighs what we all know about him. He’s a creep, and his work ethic on Bohemian Rhapsody was reportedly so bad that he was replaced halfway through production.

Bryan Singer is a piece of shit, and it’s appalling that he’s been able to work on such high profile projects for so long when everyone knows about the guy’s issues. With that being said, I hope someone else picks up this project because I just want more stuff from the Conan universe and Red Sonja is an awesome character.

Wow,.....This is the first I've heard of a remake of a 80's movie that was just really awesome. This is 1 of my favorite movies from the 80's with Bridgett Nelson. It was also when she was really gorgeous looking then before the alcoholic set in on her years later. She was in Cobra as well with her real at the time husband acting along side her in the film. That actor was,....if you've seen Cobra then you know.

I recently watched the original for the first time as an adult.

Holy Molly, Sandal Bergman stunk up the screen as the evil Queen...atrocious.

She wasn't so bad as Valeria

 

I recall Lady Hawke being fun. And Cutthroat Island was also very fun.

 

Never seen Lady Hawke, but I have seen Cutthroat Island. It's been awhile, but I do recall it being a lot of fun.

 

Loved Lady Hawke as a kid, haven't seen it since the 80's.
Same goes for Sword of the Valiant.

 

Looks like we got our new Red Sonja, and it's an interesting choice; Hannah John-Kamen, probably best know to general audiences as the MCU version of Ghost in "Ant-Man and The Wasp".
