Has anyone attempted to upsize the Warbotron ReproLabels set for this? Just curious.

From what i can tell no. Toyhax made an upscaled one for jinbao's predaking, so maybe they'll do bruticus and devy some day?

Actually got this guy about a month ago. My second one. Bought one when he first released sold it off and regretted it so much I picked up another.

Funny thing is all the joints on this new copy are way better than my old one was. My first one I ended up taking every bot and combiner joint apart and lubricating them and he was still scary tight in places.

All the rachets on this copy feel buttery smooth, he literally moves like a well oiled machine. Either I got a shit one the first run or Jinbao has really stepped up their QC, also this one was 50$ cheaper.

I had to put mine back in the box. Maybe it's just me but that's the only thing I can say negatively: disassembling is a pain in the neck.

Overall very awesome combiner for the price.

Bit of a thread necro, but I've decide that I'm not going to be combining these guys again, just keeping them as a team, so I was thinking about doing some mods to Onslaught to make him look better. The limb bots are fine because their connectors don't really get in the way of anything, but I feel that Onslaught had a few sacrifices in robot mode to accommodate the torso mode, especially in the bulk of the shoulder kibble. Does anyone know of any mods for this figure that would help improve his appearance while still allowing for truck mode transformation?

Honestly, if you're not gonna combine them, I would simply just get the Zeta Onslaught or which ever suits you better (I would go Zeta cause I really like how he looks and I think he's stylised enough that he has a sort of updated G1 look while still fitting in with the rest of the Jinbao set). That would be my "mod" for him if I wasn't gonna combine them again (which would still leave JB's Onslaught in torso mode just in case I ever do combine them and modding THAT so that he looks a bit cleaner/better as a Bruticus torso).

(Actually, now that I'm taking a look at doing this myself now, UT's might be the better option especially if you want to display in altmode. UT's truck mode looks loads better while still looking like it would fit with the JB set..... Damn, I might have to do this. I don't really like the JB/Warbo Onslaught all that much in bot mode but torso mode is okay enough but I want to do some mods to it anyways to improve it. Thanks Tarrn for making me think about this!)

I can't say what yet but there's a pleasant surprise coming soon for this combiner set. I think everyone will be very satisfied with it :D

There's a normal sized KO of this, right? I vaguely recall Benscollectables doing reviews of them. Anyone know what I'm taking about?

Aww man. Hint? I was thinking of selling this set now that I have the zeta version. If there’s a cool upgrade coming, I’ll be tempted to keep it.

There was also the Wukong ones, a little more expensive than the Machine Boy ones but with the normal colour scheme, in face most people used to buy the 4 Machine Boy limbs and the Wukong Onslaught, cause the Machine boy only made it years later
