To be fair, I really liked Ratchet from the comic and cartoon so I was delighted when I got him. I still love when he fights with Megs in the ark. Is that not the same comic that Soundwave sneaks into a factory and Laserbeak causes havoc?

He isn't maybe the best figure but he was like an ugly child, his mother still loves him! LOL

Such a shame you didn't get along with SIEGE. Having said that, I can totally get it. Soundwave is AMAZING... as a robot. But his weird mode? A big pile of wank. Both Sixgun and Cog are actually crippled by the fact they needed 'alt' modes. I actually would have been happier if they simply came apart into six guns/city pieces.

Having said that the more 'traditional' figures (ie, Ultra Magnus, Sideswipe, Hound et al) have been great IMO.

Marvel Ratchet was just pure class. Being fused with Megatron was certainly a standout moment for me.

Hell yeah, I remember seeing that story when I was getting back into Transformers and was so annoyed I had missed it because I was too cool for Transformers at that point in my life

For the record, I have never been too cool for anything.................

That is hysterical. Almost makes me want it!

Bloody hell C, that looks lovely! Why does that work so well?!

Overwatch? Could you be looking for a Tracer, per chance? :D

Red (& black) and robots go together like fish n' chips, innit?

After decking out Ol' (actually New) Ironhide with Sixgun regular flavour, I realised the "Titan Fist" mode was an ideal sub for his G1 chemical blasting fingers but if the white bits were red it would match better and the concept for Sixiron was born - a dedicated Ironhide upgrade Weaponizer to make up for his current lacking of roofing. The £15 price from Games & Cards (& the dye working) made the concept a reality.
I reckon Hasbro could actually do some tidy business with a few single-colour generic army builder Weaponizer's like this, especially Sixgun in, er, let's say green for no particular reason, yeah?

Is it Figma or the new Hasbro? I do have a KO Figma Tracer but I was more thinking of the Hasbro Ultimates Mercy/Pharah twin pack

It's an official Figma, I've been trying to shift my collection as I'm no longer invested in the game. The option's there if you desire, if not, no worries!

The swings and roundabouts of customising once again as in-hand the Infinity scenery walkway, though of a nice size, is still a bit foamcard-looking at the edges, and the damage details are already pre-printed on them so I'll be passing on using 'em for 'Plex's ramp and getting the thinking cap on about how to de-skeletonise his chest ramp by some other means...
    DSC_0054.JPG
...Needed it in-hand to make that judgement though.
On a more positive note, if you were wondering where Sixiron's missiles were, the answer is I HAZ OTHURR PLANZ...
    DSC_0055.JPG
...rather than Constructbots-for-All a wee bit more differentiation instead! I just have to match a dyeing on a second Novastar blaster, EEP!

Welp, me brain didn't correct my mistaken notion of which dye I shoulda dipped t'other launcher in until already mid-dipping in purple when it shoulda been blue BUT some multi-colour bodge dyeing later and they're close enough that it'll do, and, BOY, will it do!

Unfortunately the Datbros are a bit shiny for Sh!tcam but you get the idea.
    DSC_0058.JPG DSC_0060.JPG DSC_0059.JPG

That does mean I now have a surplus custom-painted Bluestreak with a Stunticon alt mode that it'll be difficult to transform without gradual paintwear but what idiot would buy one (besides me)?!
