Considering PotP and Siege haven't had traditional "leaders" for a while now...I could easily see them going further down that path and starting to introduce Deluxe and Voyager class figures that are a smaller dude with armor or extra accessories.

So Needlenose is in there as a Deluxe with his Targetmasters, but maybe another one is Bumblebee as a smaller figure with a partner based on his Action Master buddy.

Or Voyager Weaponizers mixed in with "traditional" figures.

And we know what happened there: they lost the companion the next year, the "size" stayed the same price and a price increase came in the back door!

 

I loved the Laser Rods, all four of them. I would be entirely behind redoing those characters.

 

They're not going to charge $20 for a Legends sized figure one "chapter" after charging $10.

And, like I said, it'd be only one type of Deluxe figure. The rest would be stuff like Needlenose. Or, heck, they sell Runamuck and Runabout as a pair.

Right. And if they sell Lancer it'll likely be similar.

The only thing that'll change if something like that happens at retail is we'll probably see it get closer to $20 by using the smaller Siege molds and not including as many accessories (Greenlight includes a Battlemaster, an attack effect, and a PotP fist)

 

I'd much rather they do Needlenose with his traditional F-16 altmode or an approximation.

 

When a Pointblank never materialized from the Punch Counterpunch I gave up on remold speculation.

Having said that, the redecos have been fantastic.

Also, I’m ready for Needlenose. Can’t wait to see the mold.

 

It could still happen... Punch/Counterpunch itself wasn't all that long ago at all....

 

And if Needlenose has a chance of being paired with his Targetmaster in the next chapter there's nothing stopping Pointblank from joining him.

Also, the CW Onslaught mold was first released in 2015. Here we are 4 years later and they've retooled it into Ecto-1.

Just saying for example. There's also the other guy. Needlenose or runamok have much bigger chances. Either would be good. But I would really prefer needlenose.

 

spinister being in siege proves that the vote doesnt determine who wont get a figure in the line the vote pertains to, so if needlenose doesnt win he could still get a figure

 

I wish the same thing applied for the other 2 autobots.
