i think that was an issue with the PE megatron and some people were basically using the wings as a kick stand.

 

He looks to have a ton of die-cast in his legs, so he should be fine. Maybe.

 

Also, that claw on his heel extends quite far back. Hopefully that will keep him stable enough.

I highly doubt the joints will be subpar after spending this much time on paint. Really looking forward to having this in my collection

And it looks as though you can pull on the feet to extend a concealed joint which allows for a whole lot of extra ankle mobility


I think this also means that what we may have assumed was a big, shiny diecast ball joint isn’t a joint at all but a housing for the joint which can be accessed when required. So at least there’s no risk of paint rubbing off. Hopefully it’s a sturdy system because there’s a whole lot of plastic to support on this guy.

 

The pictures of robot mode will be released shortly, within this week. I hope it can give you guys some answers regarding to faces, die-cast, stability, strength of joint so we dont have to answer one by one.

Tm2 Dinobot was such an awful toy. I had him it was just...bad.

Im allowed to disagree. I had the thing it was a mess. Tons of floppy balljoints too. It was a terrible figure. And hardy any paint to break up all the gaudy tanish color. The hard rubber tail and claws sucked too. Tru story. In the show he was....ok.

 

and yet he goes for like fifty bucks on eBay these days...
