Given how badly TLK damaged the brand, the reality is that a sequel would have done even worse (and been worse) and killed Paramount and possibly the franchise itself.

In terms of shot composition, colors, choreography, writing, characters, robots as characters, etc, Bumblebee soared far above all the Bay films, albeit the first Bay film was far better than any of its sequels.

I was able to go into that universe to see TF6.

Mark is replaced by Nicholas Cage who has Selena Gomez and Halle Berry as his costars.

Quintessa teams up with the main human villain played by Adam Sandler to kill Unicron voiced by Katt Williams counterpart to Primus voiced by Will Smith.

Optimus along with the bots from the other films return. Hound is skinner turns out she was never fat just knocked up yes Hound was a woman this whole time her kids are two new bots named Poundtown and Slowmow. Slowmo is a disabled learning bot that is Wheelie size and is mostly used for jokes. Poundtown is a perverted bot who is bloodthirsty but is said to have a kind heart despite it never being shown on screen.

The main plot is them stopping Unicron from waking up since they found out that the universe only exists because all of it is a dream Unicron is having. They use this to fix plot holes the plot holes only exist because they are apart of Unicron's dreams.


For minor details, We find out Starscream did 9/11 Optimus and Megatron have been playing the bots and cons the whole time they want to kill the whole planet so they can exist together and alone. This is the twist at the end. this also causes Drift to kill himself finding out everything is a lie Crosshairs takes over the bots after Adam Sandler kills Bumblebee at the start of the film.

I agree with the poster who said in an AU the movies would've been good in the first place. My biggest issue is that ROTF squandered any of the potential the franchise had, plus a clear lack of cohesion in plot and world building when you stack the first three together. AoE and TLK were worse because of Paramount's idiotic desire to make a CU for Transformers.

In an alternate universe none of that would've happened. We wouldn't have gotten a writer's strike and ROTF's script would've been 100 levels above what it was in our '"prime universe." The Matrix would've been a thing from the beginning, no Allspark Cube, and ROTF would've dealt with Optimus losing the Matrix, earning it back, and sacrificing it to stop The Fallen. No Sun Eater too because that was stupid as fuck.

The Transformers wouldn't come to earth in the 2007 movie...they had always been there, which would've been explored in the AU Bumblebee film. So, DOTM would've been about the Decepticon contingency plan. He things not work out as planned on Earth, Decepticon sleepers would reactivate from the moon and do their dirty work.

AoE and TLK? Who knows. But I feel that is out an AU original trilogy could've worked.
