Has anyone who ordered from @show.z yet gotten their tracking information?

I feel like showz is really takeing there time..

 

No clue. All three shipping options were outrageous, so I went with Z store.

 

Do you think they go and pick the stock up themselves or something?

 

I contacted ShowZ again, hopefully they wont answer with the same answer about the factory or i may just cancel my order and head over to robot kingdom

 

I wish it would arrive!

 

I got emailed back and they said that they contacted the factory and the item hasnt released...so yeah

So I don\'t think I\'m gonna get anywhere with Robot Kingdom. Yeah. I sent them the same images I posted links to here. Here are a couple replies I got.

\"RK crew just confirmed with supplier, it is normal for this situtation:Many pieces of this figure are not fixed, can be easily fall off.
During shipment it is expected many parts fall apart, but it is not defects.You can glue them if u dont want the parts fall off too easily.

That was before I sent them the images. After I sent them and asked more about the cracks I saw on the legs and some on the shoulders, this is what they sent me,

\"The sample at RK also has many painting defect.
It is normal for this situtation as they are mass production.

So, now I don\'t know what to do. 

 

Show them promotional pictures and say that’s the quality of figure you were lead to believe you’d purchased- not a scuffed up, poorly painted, broken mess- and you’d like a full or partial refund for buying a defective figure far inferior to what was promised. Next step: PayPal claim.
Just because most of the samples are equally shoddy doesn’t excuse the fact or make it a justified level of incompetence/deceit.
If you eat at a restaurant and get food poisoning, the chef can’t waver responsibility by saying “Yes but everyone else who ordered that also got sick so you should just accept it was a bad meal and move on.”
