It's reasons like that is why Kmart and Shopko are going/gone out of business.
Even their "sale price" cost more than just going to Walmart or Target.

 

Got some grail figures last week, United Frenzy and Rumble and Frenzy is developing this nasty stress mark...

 

I'm still pissed we didnt get those stateside. I will NEVER understand the Hasbro mindset of developing and creating figures and then just NOT releasing them stateside SOMEHOW. its stupid beyond reason. Especially that figure that could have been easily milked 2-4 times

 

Yeah, unfortunately these guys weren't made very well. I pretty much stopped transforming them after the second time because something felt off. I guess what I see here is their future.

I'll be really careful with Frenzy, Rumble has no stress marks so he's probably good.

A real shame, I like their tank modes

 

A while back, I was going through my Transformers, and decided to transform T30 Blitzwing.
His nosecone section got stuck on something, and ended up ripping off.
Damn it.

 

You did yourself a favor, now you can chase down the Titans Return version.

 

I transformed mine about 2 months ago, and when I opened the nosecone the head fell
out in pieces.

 

He's super expensive on Amazon but yeah the TR one is great. I prefer the more Animated look of T3O but TR is just a better figure

 

I took a look back at my old Power Core Combiners, trying to see if any of them still hold up. Turns out that my Skyburst developed nasty cracks on the ball joints of both of his arms. They broke off shortly afterward.
Also turns out that the other leg of my Mudslinger figure is broken too, making him useless (one of the legs broke less than two hours after opening him when I first got him)
Double Clutch has lost so many parts that I don't even know if I can "restore" him to any usable shape.
Aaaand Bombshock arm got forcibly ripped off by a younger me, which destroyed the plastic that held his arm to the ball joint.
So now I'm thinking that I have to add the heads from these guys to add to the "scavenge for future figures" pile

 

Toy swapping assholes...

 

They brought that on with the inflated ass MSRP of that figure. Not shocked at all

 

Right? Utterly disgusting. I told an employee who turned out to be the toy dept. manager (and also a TF collector himself, no wonder I don't find much at that store) and he says it happens all the time. He's tried showing the customer service people and they just don't care so it'll keep happening. At least he got them off the shelf.

 

That took me a minute but, holy shit. That's a real crime.

 

There's still Kmarts kicking around?
