Have you tried watching the tv show or reading the American comics he appears in?

 

It’s accurate to the tv show which is what they are aiming for.

 

Finally a Beast MP I actually care about, but this is probably one that I'll keep in botmode after one round of transformation because lol that anime-accurate lion is just too endearingly goofy (Hopefully you can display that alternate robot lion face in alt mode?)

He would look great next to PE Leonidas as some sort of evolution display.

Well, I am glad there is no V3 Starscream.

 

The mane pieces on his forearms have pins so they can flip forward, and they look to have some blasters underneath.

And he also looks like he can do the spinning mane.

 

Freaking yes! People said I was crazy hoping "White Cat" means Lio Convoy and not Tigatron. This looks great! I love it!

 

I bet we'll see an up tick in sales of MP-38 now.

 

I don't even collect MPs anymore- but this is an absolute must have!

 

It's made me want one even more than I already did.

 

I've watched some of the animated series. Couldn't get into it.

I dig some of the original designs from the Japanese shows. But the shows themselves have left me lukewarm. Same goes for the Japanese G1 shows.

I'd be interested in maybe a Generations version of this design. But no interest in paying MP prices for him.

 

That'd be pretty funny to see an MP do honestly.

 

Looking at him, he does capture the look of the anime, but next to bots from the 3-d show he doesn\'t have the same premium buzz. Of course, accuracy hounds would\'ve ripped it apart if they changed the look to fit with them.

I guess I\'m more into the mechanical look from Leonidas.  Who\'s all but gone now and never went down in price.

 

I wonder if they give you the option of anime and toy accurate lion faces.
