    No, Gimli was Welsh. Cosmos was supposed to be Austrian. Or Mock Austrian. (Even though he had a Spanish accent.) The Oompa-Loompas are Indian.


    ...that sounded funnier before I committed it to keyboard, honestly.


    And some of us do have a fleet of Cosmii, of various heights and rotundnesses.

    Same. I like what both companies have turned out so far, so I'll try both. I like Newage's chonky cuteness, but I like the articulation Magic Square normally has. I'll get both and then get the repaints from whichever version I like better

    no surprise at the price from TFS, but these always sit in an ebay cart waiting for a flash sale or other discount, so in the end I'll pay about half that by waiting for a while.

    Hoping after CNY ends we get updates. on Cosmos and the Datsuns.
    And pre-orders for their Hoist. He looked almost done at the Shanghai convention.

    Already getting the regular and translucent Newage variants but may well add Magic Square's as well.

    Yeah, and a couple of their Stunticons.
    This does not seem to be true. Not sure about the Stunticons but I am sure this Cosmos is coming at some point

    I was sure Cosmos got dumped on the back burner with Hoist and the Stunticons after seeing those Seeker and cassette prototypes; glad to be wrong.
