The one thing that worries me is how well is SOC Dairugger going to hold together? You have 15 components that not only need to combine, but also become moving pieces such as elbows, knees, ankles, wrists, waist, etc. I hope they worked this out to where the thing is well engineered and will hold up well over time.

I'v yet to have anything canceled, when Walmart was canceling transformers g1 reissues I was a few that was not getting there orders cancelled. I hope the good luck won't run out.

I think you're giving credit where it isn't due. Bandai knows the numbers, they're intentionally keeping numbers low. It saves them money in the long run, resellers get their pound of flesh and when Bandai does finally "hear the cries"/reissues, they're considered the hero. The saving grace.

It's not about them not learning, quite the opposite, in fact. It's logical to them to control the narrative and the flow. It's worked so far, hasn't it?

Less than a minute. They must've only had 1 copy to sell.
No worries for me though. Between BBTS, Amazon, and Taobao, I'm covered.

I am so lucky to get one. I am so nervous that I don't even bother to choose the correct billing address and just click click click...................... have to contact Toy Dojo to make sure it is OK.

Toy dojo makes a difference for me as they don't charge tax and shipping to CA.

Feel happy for you. I am so frustrated that I missed the initial release of Tojo Dojo stock but luckily it goes through this time.

I'm probably not even going to bother. This is another case where demand is far exceeding supply and I'm just getting tired of feeling the pressure over trying to get a plastic toy. It's one of the main reasons I quit with anything related to Robotech/Macross. Expensive and just too hard to get one.

Yea I'm leaning that way too. If Bandai doesn't want my money then f' em. I'll give it to someone who does.

Yea I dumped Macross because of the same reasons. Way too expensive. Way too limited.

I kind of braced myself for this.
Remember Toy Dojo initially had GX-88 for preorder 2 weeks ago. That was their initial allotment and it was available to buy for about 10 minutes before it sold out. What they offered today was just leftover stock which naturally will be much smaller in quantity. This leftover batch was probably under 10-20 copies. It's best to get in during the initial offering. But yeah, but I don't do the Macross except for the 1/48 DX SOC VF-1 line and Valkyrie Factory 1/60 (Arcadia?) KOs.

Thank goodness there are only 2 types of SOC GX Voltrons to have to worry about. ow that I've preordered the GX-71 reissue and GX-88, I don't need to concern myself with anything SOC GX Voltron unless they do reissues down the road.

But yeah, 3P MP, KO/Official Takara MP make up 98% of my collection. They're cheaper less stressful to acquire.

Just called Toy Dojo and as expected the billing address doesn't matter but they told me it is sold out in 57 secs.

You should've asked them what there allotment was for this leftover stock.
