BT Argent Meister. To me, the contender for best looking version of this mould, with only Zoom-Zoom a serious competition (but I think he's a bit too much red).

Took the pic and realised that if I'm not mistaken, he's been in this pose since I bought (save dusting).

    You're all crazy :D

@Hellion42 Shockwave is nice and I'm especially impressed that they could make the Mazda work as Shockwave (even though as a Marvel fan I want Shockwave to be more powerfully buit, so perhaps more like the Mustang). And the blurple colour is very nice. But I think he's too dark. Too dark because the blurple is much darker than normal Shockwave colours, and too dark because Original Shockwave (and many later iterations) also have grey parts. The alt is blurple and black, and I miss the break from lighter colours.

@Hicks_Royel Autorooper...you know, I almost forgot about him, because he isn't displayed with my alt collection, but hanging out elsewhere. Also a very nice version of the Mazda, but in a way I have a similar complaint: there's a lot of white on him. Plus, the white on his lower legs is painted and paint vs plastic colour...it's difficult and nigh impossible with white as proven with Autorooper. (Back then I planned to make some changes -- paint the upper legs and lower arms, a few minor mods to the lower legs, reprolabels -- and use him as Prowl. But I've also considered Streetwise and Clampdown -- but still think the Saburu should've been Clampdown.)

@Superquad7 and @Motor_Master, Zoom-zoom is for me runner up and only very marginably so. The red is definitely better than Argent's silver. Gorgeous red. But he's a bit too red with his red arms and legs, and the red of the limbs isn't as nice as the red of the car parts.

Argent Meister for me strikes the nice balance between his different colours. Only thing that could've made him better (but likely less accurate) is gold rims for the wheels. Looked beautifull on the Animated version of Jazz.

(And sad thing is that nobody calls the regular Jazzmeister their favourite.)

But none of the Mazda's are bad: they're all good. I think if I had to pick the best of the alt/BT line, the Mazda mould would be a serious contender: nice altmode, fun to transform, little to no annoying kibble, and pretty posable.

Are there any figures good for passengers in Alts? My daughter was trying to jam playmobile people into them but she wasn’t happy with the result.

M.A.S.K. figures are to scale, roughly, as the line was designed from 1:24 vehicles. As such, I integrated my M.A.S.K. collection with my Alternators. Just note that they're designed slightly on a "superhero" scale, meaning the figures are just slightly taller than the average human (by a 1:1 of maybe 0.5'). Also note that the figures work with some Alt/BTs and not others just because of the interior designs and the slightly altered scale of figures.

Human Alliance figures are not to scale, but they'll work. HA figures are roughly 1:28 scale, and Sam Witwicky translates to something like 4.5' or something.

:lolol  reminds me of when Alt Optimus first came out. I was on business travel in Utah for the better part of two weeks. Spent a good chunk of time over that weekend, hitting all the Targets/Walmarts/TRUs in the area looking for him, but no dice. Then I got home and found him a few weeks later.

Love that Ravage mode. Mostly due to it being such a unique figure within the Alt/BT line.

This got me thinking, if Alt/BT continued, I would be okay for more figures to have non-robot alt-modes like Ravage.

I'm still sad this line has not been rebooted.

They do, however I don't like reprolabels for any of them. It's overkill when added the factory applied details. The numbers and sponsors are OK on Mirage, but he doesn't need the extra stripes.
