I've downloaded the Funpub PDFs from their site but haven't read many, so I'm not familiar with that version. I'm happy with the T30 Whirl on that shelf since that's the body type he had in flashbacks and I have a more MTMTE-faithful version on my Lost Light shelf (you can see the side of his head in the lower right corner of my picture). I made my Pyro from an Inferno with Reprolabels and a Shapeways head. If there's one thing I've learned from watching the Radicons board, it's that people will make anyone who turns into a red fire truck from PotP Inferno. I probably wouldn't want to have two figures who were so similar on the same shelf if I could avoid it, though. Also, that many voyagers really eat up the room.

Congrats on getting a complete combiner. Are you gonna get Skydive? That white and red jet (Ghost Starscream?) looks...odd, but that's just me.



I know Skydive isn't cheap, though. Do the best you can and if you are happy with it, then that's all that matters.

It's a tfcc sg starscream. I do have a couple other combiners. it's just taken me so fucking long to complete the other 2 or 3. I'm fine with what i have right now, and if I ever find a skydive I'll probably just use sg starscream as a stand in for slingshot.

eh...I don't really want to buy KOs, not really a fan of buying something that is stealing off from another company. It's a rule I have with collecting.

Man why is there not a lot of season 2 cons. I can only think of bruticus, and the coneheads that I’m missing. Also, should I replace my classics astrotrain with either the Tr one or the upcoming siege one?

I've had an upgraded CW Megatron for a few years now. I hesitated this entire time, to get the SND upgrade with CW Prime. I should have bought it when it cam out, he is a perfect match!

 

Which chug versions of Hotrod, blur, Kup, Scourge and Cyclonus work for their targetmaster representations and as their season 3 representations. For me rebirth and season 3 are separate from each other. I already have the idea Generations kup and TR blur being the season 3 versions of them but I'm not sure for the rest.

I'm sure I'm in the minority here but I actually prefer CW Prime. He's just so powerful-looking in comparison to the Siege version. It's like he started out as a 98 ton weakling on Cybertron (Siege) and then did the Charles Atlas workout to bulk up once he got to Earth …

You know, I genuinely think that's great. I remember having a conversation, though I flatter it by calling it that, with someone about the relative merits of Quakewave(who I owned) vs MP Shockwave. Their input was basically "Lol. No. Grapewave". Needless to say, I thought said individual was a complete ass and not worth talking to. So, it's always nice to hear that a seemingly underappreciated figure is getting some love. To CW Optimus!

Even though Siege Optimus took the spot on the shelf, I still prefer CW Optimus for the same reason.

 

So one of my “bucket list” figures arrived yesterday (which, I know to some, might be an odd figure to put so high on my ‘wants list’). I’ve been gawking at this one for a long time though, and I finally bit the bullet. I am astounded at how gorgeous this figure is, especially in person. This might forever be my definitive PMOP.

I know a lot of people don't care for God Bomber but I think he is great. I don't have any of the PE add on's yet.

 

The PE effect make for an impressive display. A little mistransformation of the wings to get them lower...
