So, is the big sword the only item that will be sold separately? I do like the design of the Jinbao Predacon sword as the five individual swords combine into one massive sword! Does anyone know how big this POTP KO sword will be?

 

I just got the final two on their way. Kinda disappointed it won’t come with the sword but for the price I really don’t have a problem shelling out for some extras.

 

Anyone able to show a mostly WJ predaking next to jinbao's predaking?

 

Sword not being included is disappointing, but since the official Predaking isn't available anymore at my usual retailers, I guess I'll gran this set when Razorclaw comes out.

Well this is a relief; I was afraid that they'd left out the Titan Master gimmick, which is my primary interest in getting this set.

 

From what I see of the Sword, it looks like it divides up in 5 parts...I could be mistaken however. I also am pretty certain as well it will not come with SharpClaw from info. some sellers have suggested to me.

Does The beast head looks larger or is it me?

 

I like the red of Steel Claw's eyes.

Not sure about the head, but the mane is bigger, with a different design.

EDIT: You know, if WJ do a different coloured Nero Rex style variant of 'Wing Soarer', one thing that might convince me to get it would be if they remolded the beast heads somewhat. Let's see, 'Divebomb' gets a different raptor-like head. while 'Rampage/Saber tooth' becomes an actual sabertooth. 'Headstrong' gets an extra horn behind his main one while 'Tantrum's horns are swapped with different coloured ones. In Steelclaw's case, give him a different mane (again).

Of course, I wouldn't mind them changing the combiner head, too.

Apart from the new mane, they appear to have got rid of the standard Hasbro hollow bits of the POTP version (check out his legs). .

Also, Steel Claw is (re)designed to cover more of Sky Soarer/Predaking's back in combined mode, so you don't have quite such a gaping hole there.

His main gun is bigger and apparently he has LEDs.

 

Judging from how they arrange the stuff inside the packaging, the sword won't fit anyway. I'm okay with paying a little bit extra for the sword.

 

I'm okay with paying for the sword apart from the set.
My curiosity is wether they add clawed finger tips with it like the add on set made for feral Rex(?)

Just ordered mine from the usual AliExpress seller.

Geeking out at the thought of finally getting the big guy finished, to the point where I'm not even mad that BBTS had the original on deep discount this past week (as my original plan was to marry Divebomb's new wings to an eBay purchased original, which was borked when that seller turned out to be a fraud).

Hope they move onto another similar project next. Computron would be my personal pick, I think those moulds could survive an upsizing quite nicely.
