Any heads up regards pre-orders via ebay or within Europe?

As discussed previously with the recent trend of 3rd party releases, for example FT-10 Phoenix, they are sold out before many buyers can lay a glove on one. Really hope Gigapower make an substantial number of units for sale, however this is GigaPower we are talking about!!!!

 

I would just Pre-order from ShowZ tbh. They shipped for free world wide. As for number of unit you never know and it's possible it can sell out to then you're back on the hunt for one and may pay a ridiculous price.

 

I may give ShowZ a go as advised, I see that they are also active on TFW2005 so if anything goes wrong I'll hassle them on here.

I know on TT Hot Rod and the van brothers, I put Future on the chrome because that stuff out of the box would come right off if you touched it at all. It's been years since and they still look fine so maybe that would be an option for you?

 

I've gone thru ShowZ for 3 out of my 4 Dino's along with FT Cyclonus and I've never had an issue with them. My GP Sludge came in a record time from China to US in 5 days! Plus for Pre-order,you put down $3 and they will put $3 down towards the final price. Only downside with ShowZ nowadays is everyone uses them and items get Sold out lol.

There are a lot of chrome grassors on Ebay but none for metallic before..
That's why we were waiting for the reissue..

 

Hello, I am in need of a replacement part. Would there be an email or contact that I can reach out to? I bought the Grassor 2nd hand and the tail is broken, it is the chrome version. Any advice, information or referral would be greatly appreciated.

 

use google or tfw2005 forum search function for gigapowers gmail or facebook acct
request/buy replacement part, wait 6-9 months for said part
-OR-
get the seller's email, seek either refund or some agreeable concession
then buy a complete figure elsewhere

Thanks fellow Cybertronians, @FiVE1ZERO thanks for the positive direction, I dug a bit on facebook and found the email, also in the sticky of the 3rd party thread here (very useful) and have sent out an email, I don't mind if it takes long, I just would like to fix it. Looks like the pin that goes through the second hinge was too tight, so when transforming to alt mode the pressure I put on the rotation may have been too much. I noticed that the toes are not chrome, I might request the metallic finish tail instead of the chrome, but not sure yet.

 

Just a tip but I actually unscrewed and removed my tail off Grassor since I have mine in Bot mode for display. With that tail you have to pay EXTRA attention to where it's @ all time. I had one close call and then I said screw it. Also by removing the tail it has better leg/knees articulation bc the tail isn't bumping into anything.

EDIT-Might wanna be sure if you have the Metallic version or Chrome but if the toes aren't chrome,then it's the Metallic.

 

Well, I googled some images and some come up with metallic toes and chrome head like the one I have, other pictures show chrome head and toes. I'm waiting on a response from GP, but I think it's clear that I would be asking for a replacement chrome tail. I tried crazy glue, but the break is so small, it's a 3 prong attachment and they decided to attach the rest of the tail on one of the prongs instead of 2. @FiVE1ZERO did you pay shipping only, or were to made to pay for the replacement part?

 

@TRoC1200 Nope I never had to pay for my replacement parts . (Gutter hips/Gaudenter's thumb) Just when you ask them or any company be courteous and polite,they already have others asking so asking nicely vs "Demanding" goes a long way. Once they know you need a part you will be on a list and it may take awhile but eventually end up on your doorstep

@FiVE1ZERO Heard back from Giga, I am on the list! Not in a rush to get it fixed since it's gonna stay in dino mode until the part arrives, but i'll consider your option of removing the tail in case I want bot modes for a while, thanks for the help fellow Cybertronians!

 

@TRoC1200 Yea man IMO bot mode looks better w/o the Tail kibble. Totally understand though if you wanna display them in Dino mode and need the tail on. Anyways This past Saturday I just got my Replacement Thumb for Gaudenter/Swoop. Took about a month and I asked both Seller and GP. Best of luck with the tail!

This flame effect/no flame effect thing is rather confusing. I'm looking ShowZ's preorder for metallic Grassor. The flame effects are shown in the pics but not listed in the description.

Either it got bought already or there was no inventory of the metallic grassor......no grassors to be found other than the chrome versions....

Really hope they reissue it soon...
