I order over seas on things I have doubts about being able to get from the US retailers. This one I was okay with waiting on and he is arriving.

I believe @tonysandlin was joking and mocking people who said that they weren't releasing anything.

 

Eh, none of the WW TF stuff interest me. The BB movie Prime and their new Predaking are the only new stuff I'd like right now. I may get their knight Prime made by Black Mamba too if that gets released.

 

Darn it. I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place, here. Bulldog looks GREAT. Problem is, he's a large Deluxe/smaller Voyager, it seems and while he's got a great look and he seems to be well made, he's also $75.00... And the days of me paying that much for 3rd party are GONE. It's a shame, I hope HasTak comes up with something...

Not that I'm opposed to 3rd party, I still collect upgrade kits for my figures (mmm...upgrades) but paying that much for a figure has to come to an end for my finances. Even if I was more flush with cash, I'm starting to get what I want out of Hasbro as of late and I'd much rather buy TWO of their figures for the price of one of these. Are they perfect? No. Are they going to be as good? Probably not, but none of these will last forever and we can't take it with us when we're gone, so might as well save some dough and still enjoy TFs.

If not for their lower price I probably would have passed on Bulldog. They’ve got Bumblebee listed at $75 and as much as I want that one too I’m hesitating at that price. Even though it’s cheaper than I’ve seen anywhere else. It’s still hard to accept paying so much for such a small figure despite it supposedly having a much higher part count, and more complex transformation than Bulldog.

 

I have to say, I really like that Bee in purple.

I haven't seen those cell shaded Wheeljacks before. Are those new?

 

I got Bulldog today, he's a lot of fun!
He looks and feels premium. I look forward to getting Bumblebee.
