In Masquerade it was Mirage to Dragstrip, Sideswipe to Breakdown, Jazz to Dead End since they're both Porsches, and Wildrider to Windcharger because they needed his magnetism powers for the plot. And I guess they figured, Trans Am, Ferrari, same difference?

I figure Crasher would get a long quite well with the Stunticons. But yeah, the Stunticons would be the gang of crazy ne'r do wells, and Exhaust and Loudpedal are like the AV club kids. Now if only I had a MP Runamuck and Runabout!

 

Just got my order for Dragstrip and Dead End in with Tfdirect. Now I just need Motormaster and the triple changes to complete S2 (preordered Thomas).

 

Awesome pics! This is exactly why I wanted the XTB scale, or at least a rendition of it to allow shelf options against Autobots. I'm pretty sure I'm in for FT's too, but seeing them faced off against their counterparts is a childhood dream on display lol

Why is Overheat's gun in 3 pieces in the first pic? Is it broken?

Which one did he say he got shorted on?

I had just transformed Overheat for the first and was about to apply the Decepticon logo to his right shoulder when I noticed that it had cracked while positioning the wheels. I tried to glue the shoulder to break further breakage. Hopefully it will hold together and not glue the piece with the wheels.

Deathwish, he offered to refund my money. I am fine with waiting and I told him I was fine with him shipping them together when the other one comes in.

 

At his price he likely got way more orders that he was able to fulfill at once. So he's shipping them out as they come in based on first ordered first served and others will get theirs when his next batch comes in.
It makes sense as to why he hasn't relisted them.

I was literally his last preorder. The listing vanished after I ordered it. So I was prepared for the possibility. I don't mind these kind of hiccups as long as I know what's going on.

 

He doesn’t clean up well like the others and the front pelvis flaps are a weird yellow. Just feels different in hand than the other three. It will spend 99% of its life as an arm so I’m not too hung up on it but considering the prices have been going up, I expected better. As for the mirrors, they are soft and don’t stay in and are bound to be lost if not secured in the box.

Overheat cane with an additional face for someone but I can’t figure out for who.

The additional face that came with overheat is the updated v2 face for XTB Savant.

 

You may want to go ahead and email XTB with that pic and request a replacement piece so you'll have it on standby just in case. Let them know the piece you have is cracked. I'd reach out them as soon as possible seeing as how it can take a couple weeks or more for you to receive the part once requested.
