For the low cost of one less ramen packet a day, you too can take home a homeless Hound. (cue Sarah McLaughlin)

Now I would love to see the compares against Willis. He kind of seems almost too toonish, but that's not saying he's not spectacular. Also, I'm expecting some wizardy here to separate him from the Alternator version of years ago.

I like putting bologna on my steak.

Hope we get some side by side comparisons sooner than later. Really want to see how he looks with the other MP carbots.

Super excited for this guy now. Looks fantastic. And $160 seems fair given how expensive 3P has gotten in comparison (will prob still get him off Amazon Japan for the discount though). This guy is def premium. Def like him better than Gundog and Willis.

Also, for those demanding a cage for Ravage, KFC makes cages in a selection of colors for only $11-$16! Search for cage

I wonder how big that Spike is compared to the MP-44/MP-10 figures?

    Amazon Japan,

Likely around $120 shipped. We'll post the links once the listings are up. Do not overpay.

They are just like Amazon US. They kick ass.

I hate the hyper toon aesthetic, but this just nails it!

I like the yellower green of the toon on the left. Seems like a more true Army Green.

I have to agree with you. Legs and hands are a good example. There's a subtlety in the lines of the sculpt that give it a very human quality that echoes the toon very well. There's some real artistry there. Willis, while still very good, has more of a blocky look. Willis' alt mode still looks better I have to say. It just screams premium toy. The roof accessory on Hound is nice, but when did we ever see use it? Love the opening hood. That speaks to where TT really shines - playability. I have no doubt that transformation will by 200% cleaner and enjoyable vs Willis as well.

Looks really good, my only gripe is the lower torso dangling down so low beneath the engine bay, nearly dragging between the wheels - something that seems to be happening more and more in MP. But overall this looks great, and makes me lament not having the scratch to stay in the MP game as the prices have skyrocketed. $133 is just too rich for my blood, but second only to Megatron this MP calls to me.

Okay I know this is going for the toon look and it nails it , but it is crying out for some chrome bits. like the side mirrors and the winch. Also the big gun for jeep mode.

Also lose the soft top tis silly and the budget set aside for it could have been used better.

Sam. I don't mean to be that guy but that Spike figure as ugly as hell, I couldn't care less if had two thousand points of articulation, it looks like ass, with the kind of effort TT puts in their figures (no facial features,WTF!) I'd rather they not include them and reduce the price or use the money to improve the figure like giving it an additional face plate or something. That Spike figure looks dreadful. BUT........

The figure looks amazing but still not worth asking price to me. I'll see if TFS Express gives us, the guys who bought MP-44 a deal and if it's good I might bite but at this point...of the remaining carbots, Jazz is the only carbot I remotely care about to spend this kind of money on. Strange choice of accessory with the hood thing, given it's size, it's about the same size as the cage he kept ravage in, and the fact it wasn't in the toon you would have thought they would have put the cage there instead.

Once again TT have shown they are the king of masterpiece, the vehicle looks phenomenal, the robot, flawless but I don't mean to rain on anyone's parade and just for the record I didn't buy FT Willis which this figure is far, far superior to but I seem to remember a whole load of people ribbing FT's effort because of it's scale and lo and behold....well....let's just say that ilk have discovered today mass shifting only exists in the cartoon.

Amazing looking figure and good on those buying it.
