Don't they also have that Itchy & Scratchy Land currency thing going? Or was that a joke? I hope it was a joke.
I was thinking more like you need a US Credit Card or Gift Cards only to purchase anything in Galaxy's Edge.
I doubt Disney would ever do that. Too many tourists from other countries that might just want to buy with cash.
Listen, all I know is that it said one per household and I was too tired to try and finesse my way into buying multiple.
The only thing I've heard is that they have special terminology for asking if you have the Annual Pass Holder discount; "Do you have credentials?" Obviously they still take real money. Am I wrong in thinking that this is the first version of Rey in her "Jedi Training" outfit to have the face printing?
I made a friend when I was on the bus home and he said he prefers jar jar over Rey. He said rey's character is kind of weak.
Galaxy's Edge does take cash but when paying for anything or asking how much something is, etc. they refer to the amount as credits. They have reloadable gift card you can buy that is specific to Galaxy's Edge. I hope they are still around when I go back as I forgot to get one, got lost in the hype of trying to pick up the rest of the merch I wanted. The purchases are not "tracked". Everything Galaxy's Edge related was one per person BUT there is no way they can stop you from purchasing the same item at another location within the parks, they are just trying to give a fair shot to everyone to get what they want. For instance I bought an exclusive Annual Passholder Galaxy's Edge pin at one location in GE and then the same pin later that day at Launch Bay in Tomorrowland, there is nothing that flags anything in their system that locked me out of buying that second pin. Now when I was in Galax's Edge I tried getting two Rise of the Resistance keychains, this was before I knew of the one per person limit on these items, and when I went to check out the cashier told me I could only get one, no biggie. Disney is trying to crack down on resellers, personal shoppers. Within the last six months or so they started revoking Annual Passholders who were making a living reselling exclusive items. The people caught were not the one guy selling just one thing on eBay or wherever, it was more the personal shoppers who go to the parks, buy as many exclusives as possible and advertise, sell online.
I mean, it's okay to be wrong. It's also okay to like Jar Jar. Maybe after the 130 dollar gold bust of Plo Koon sells Dok-Ondar will make one of him. That's a pretty nice exclusive (for now) then. I guess the same is probably true for Chewie since the Solo version had a different belt and stuff. I definitely understand the three-pack now more that the land is open. Rey and Chewie are the main walk-around characters, and Hondo is the star of the Falcon ride.
Yeah, just added her to my POL. Probably be awhile before I ship her though as I just started a new one when BBTS started these "summer sales". I've actually bought a crap ton of discounted Black Series figures since their sales started... mostly because I've never been able to find these guys in stores and eBay prices get stupid. Than you see places like BBTS throwing their stuff on clearance and it's a real head scratcher.
The White Power Ranger head fits! So all I have to do is colour match the too pale paint on the neck and bingo........Tommy the Red-shirt Jedi
