That would be great. Maybe the JFG could have an actual second half this time instead of chasing suicidal Ewoks around the previous levels. :p

I‘d be up for another incarnation of Ghosts N Goblins, maybe revamped a little bit while keeping the core mechanics intact like Mega Man 11 (The last game on the psp is already over 10 years old, if I remember correctly, and I didn’t own a psp back then).

I have said this before and I shall say it again, we need Super Star Wars The Phantom Menace, Super Star Wars Attack of the Clones, Super Star Wars Revenge of the Sith, SS TFA and SS TLJ. Never mind hyper realistic graphics and junk I want my 16-bit era based video games from the Star Wars franchise for the ST and the PT.

I'd want Capcom to have a updated version of "Sweet Home". Or at least a official re-release and western version. (I also want a official western release of the movie version).

I'd love for other LucasArts games to get the SE treatment like MI and MI2, particularly the Indiana Jones adventures and Day of the Tentacle. Some Sierra games could do with similar updates.

I'd also like LucasArts' Afterlife updated for modern systems - the original is on Steam but it's tricky to play in modern resolutions.

I don't see how DOTT could be improved any more than the Double Fine remaster, it already looks great and the art style lent itself perfectly to being redone at higher resolution without actually changing it. Plus Tim Schafer ran the remaster project himself, so nobody else really has any business making any further changes to that game.

The Monkey Island remakes fell into the trap of making the games look more modern but not actually better IMO, especially the first one. Wasn't a fan of the new soundtracks either compared to CD MI1 and MT-32 MI2.

Thanks for reminding me of the DOTT remake - I'd bought it on Steam ages ago and forgotten about it... had a look and it's pretty much what I wanted :)

I liked the MI remakes - suited to modern resolutions but with the option of the "classic" look. Whilst the art style of those wouldn't suit Indy, that general approach could be applied to the Indy games. I have both games on Steam and although they're good as nostalgia pieces, they can't work well full-screen and could be great if updated for modern systems. Similar with the Sierra games - I have a few of their collections on Steam, but they don't feel "right", for some reason.

The graphic adventure game that most needs an enhanced remake IMO is Sam & Max.

I would love to see the original Phantasy Star reborn for modern consoles. Not the online crap nor the remake for the PS2 from about 15 years ago.

Sam & Max is begging for the same treatment as DOTT, hopefully Double Fine can get Purcell on board for that at some point.

We really need a HD version of MI3 as well, although that would be an enormous amount of work.

Are you running Indy and the Sierra games strait from Steam? Because if you are, you need to ditch that and run the data files using SCUMMVM instead as that has modern and properly featured engine ports for those games rather then the patched up 9x/XP era executables they come with that barely even work properly now. You can get it here - ScummVM

What I'd like more than anything is an old school racing game. Over the years racing games have evolved away from what I'm looking for. Modern racers are trying to compete with all the other mainstream games for completion time. I don't want a 100 hour racing game, or endless car tinkering, or open world designs. For me racing games are something that I'd play between other games when I got the need for speed. Maybe I'd spend the first month really playing it, learning the tracks and handling. That's a lot like how I treat fighting games, small tightly focused gameplay with endless replayability. Really focus on coming back to the same tracks and mastering them, not treating them as content to complete. This leaks into the track design too, old school racing games put a lot of love into each and every track. Making every little bit of it interesting both technically and aesthetically. There was an almost roller coaster design sensibility to old arcade racing games.

I know there have been a few released digitally over the years, but I'm extremely limited on download allowance so I can't get them. The only racing game like this still around is Mario Kart, but even that has too much tinkering for my tastes ( and I also don't really think it's a racing game anymore, more like a party game. One I still enjoy, just not a racing game ). Let me select a car with basic clearly marked handling differences, select a track, and get to the race. Need for Speed, Burnout, Jet Moto, Daytona USA, San Francisco Rush, I miss these games.

Fast RMX, Wipeout Omega, Team Sonic Racing, CTR remake, the upcoming Grid reboot. Still plenty of racing to go round if your not into the likes of GT and Forza.

I have been out of the video game world for a while. Been trying to keep up with it, but I guess a few have fallen through the cracks. I thought Fast RMX was download only, I'll have to give that a second look. Team Sonic Racing I remember seeing some E3 footage of and thinking it looked terrible. I kinda discounted it because of it, but I'll read a review. Wipeout and Crash team racing I didn't know about, those I'll deffinately have to look into. I'd prefer my racers to be weapon free, but it's not a deal breaker. I never got to play the original Grid, but I've heard good things about it, maybe I'll get the new one.

Fast RMX doesn't have physical, but it's only like 900mb so it isn't going to kill your internet any more then buying a AAA game on disc and downloading all the patches for it.

With Samurai Shodown coming out soon, just about every classic fighting game franchise has been updated in some way...except Darkstalkers. I want to see a new Darkstalkers game in the same vein as SFIV/V. Funny how DS characters like Morrigan, Hsien-Ko, Felicia, and Jedah keep showing up in other games, yet Capcom doesn't seem to think a straight DS game can be profitable.

How about a remake of the Captain America and the Avengers arcade beat-em-up, but with graphics updated to look like the current MCU. Hell, many of the game's bosses have appeared in MCU movies in one form or another (Red Skull, Ultron, Crossbones, Mandarin, etc). And the lesser bosses like Living Laser, Klaw, and Whirlwind could be replaced by lesser MCU villains, like Kaecilius, Iron Monger, and Ronan the Accuser.

    Also...
I'd like to see an updated version of WWF Wrestlefest, but with more current and legendary wrestlers. Add Taker, Bret Hart, HBK, John Cena, Kurt Angle, and more as Legends, and add guys like AJ Styles, Seth Rollins, New Day, and Daniel Bryan to represent the current WWE.
