This week we have another great selection of new Bumblebee Movie concept art. This time, thanks to ILM artist Simon Murton via his Artstation account.

That concept art of 'Bee semi-splitting in half looks cool, but I otherwise don't see the point of it.

Unless maybe that simply IS the point.

(Whaaaa, things being made to look cool on the big screen just because?!)

 

I like that idea with stealh mode, but i dont think the VW Bettle had engine like that but we all know these are transformers so

 

That it absolutely horrifying.

 

I like how they planned for a suit actor with the TV bot.. proof that so many effects are still practical with puppetry!

 

That concept art of the VW split in half looks like my sleep paralysis demon... or even worse... the monster in my closet as a child.

 

Scary things I see once a day and this gotta be the scariest of the week

 

Huh, the first thing that came to my mind with the concept of Bee's alt splitting down the middle was an obscure MASK toy of a VW that did something somewhat similar.

 

That's how they placate haters with no imagination.

The house appliance bots is more proof of the originally planned ‘Allspark energy’ bit during Bee’s wrecking of the house. Very Frenzy-esque, and luckily no giant dong-bots (yet sadly, no toasterbots either).
